Some of the products were of low quality like chips out of it!was classed as grade A products!

Unfortunately had some damage due to delivery, they responded right away and replace within 2 days cant fault them.

Ordered 94mm light oak skirting to match up to existing but unfortunately the three boards that were delivered were 120mm light oak skirting. The carpenter was due the day after delivery so there was no time to contact the supplier to complain with the limited time scale. The carpenter was disappointed, as he was expecting a simple fitting of the same size boards, plus it cost me more in labour time, as he had to rip the three boards down to 94mm and plain the edges to fit which is a fair job with 3 x 2.7metre lengths of hardwood on site. To be fair, the timber is excellent quality and delivery was prompt with no damage, but disappointing that the person in the warehouse didn’t check the size before it was loaded for delivery.

A great company to deal with, my only criticism would be a lower delivery charge for smaller or fewer items, other than that,they get straight back to you when you contact them and prompt delivery

Quantity of poor quality cedar t+g boards received out of 59 ordered.Re ordered another 20 stateing my dissatisfaction with first order to receive more poor quality boards with a unplaned ridge down full length of most boards.Obviously hadn't been graded prior to delivery.Poor

The product arrived as ordered, it was well wrapped to ensure the timber was in as good a condition as when packed. The cladding I purchased was to accommodate a shortage in my order (on my part) and the product matched perfectly.
