Timeless Moments Limited Avis

Excellent service, prompt and reasonably priced. Sound quality was amazing considering the reel was nearly 60 years old.

Super happy with Ian's work. He's dedicated and passionate as well as being knowledgeable and great at his work. Would completely recommend and use him again.

I've used Timeless Moments several times, to digitise both mid- and late- 20th Century cine films, and also a video-cassette film of a school play (c2000). Each time the service and result has been excellent -- and with helpful, friendly and professional communications from Ian all through. I've also recommended Timeless Moments, with the same satisfaction experienced by my friends.

I contacted Ian when we found some old cine film at Dad’s and wanted to see what it contained. The results were fabulous and Dad was overjoyed to see his parents again and what was thought to be lost memories. Ian managed the process brilliantly and pulled out the stops to get the process completed for us quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his business to others and will definitely use again if the opportunity arises. 👍🏻

Excellent service, kept up to date right the way through the process. The quality of the transfer was brilliant.

I’ve had numerous camcorder and VHS tapes transferred to digital copies and they’ve all been great quality. Ian is very helpful, especially completing a wedding video transfer very quickly for a special event. Great service, thanks 🤩

Brilliant five star service.I had an old cine reel of my parents wedding.
The guys put it onto video for me, brilliant.,!!!

I wasn't sure where to take my old cine films to be developed but stumbled across the website and found it to be very informative and also local. Ian was super helpful and I can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. Some of the films were so old but Ian managed to convert them and the quality was much better than I could imagine. My Mum absolutely loves having those memories back on her phone that she can watch whenever she wants. Would definitely recommend.

We needed to have our wedding video tape moved to a digital memory stick in order to play it at our Ruby Wedding event. Timeless Moments took on the challenge and produced a high quality version of exactly what we needed plus, a bonus of a year’s availability in the cloud. Outstanding service and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Always 5-star service from Ian. Tried an alternative (cheaper) service for less precious items and they were awful!

Old memories were renewed thanks to the work done by Timeless Moments and the whole event was handled efficiently

I’ve used Timeless Moments for a few years now. Ian is amazing the way he creates and develops my old, very old cinema and slides into modern day easy to watch memories.
I trust him completely with treasured memories. Thanks Ian

Superb experience of a transfer of Super 8 tapes, fast and high quality transfer, highly recommended!

Absolutely delighted with the results. The cine films were over fifty years old and it is about that length of time since I viewed them, as my uncle wqas the only one in the family with a projector.
The quality of the digital images is much better than anticipated and the members of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Money well spent. Peter Lewis

Took my standard 8, 50 year old wedding film . Company very efficient & I am very happy with quality & speed of service.

My family have used Timeless Moments for years, as my parent's bought their first cine camera in 1961 a hobby they continued until 2017. There are still more films to convert. They will be going to Timeless Moments as they always do a brilliant job.

Totally brilliant service. I found a small 8mm reel when clearing out my dad's house, and sent it off not knowing what was on it - and got back a digital copy of my parents' wedding. We are beyond thrilled with it, and it is so precious to us. Thank you for your brilliant service!

Fantastic service, took 2 vhs tapes down at the drop of a hat and was really happy to accommodate. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly easy and well organised, with clear communication throughout. Ian was especially helpful — he took the time to answer all of our questions and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

We were particularly impressed with the care and effort put into recovering some old film that had become damp and neglected over the years. The results exceeded our expectations, and it was amazing to see those memories brought back to life.

Highly recommend Timeless Moments to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring service.

We were looking for someone to take our wedding video from a digital camcorder that we didn’t have the lead for. Quick internet search and we came across Timeless Moments. We dropped it off and had the footage on a USB a week later. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Thank you!
