Timeless Moments Limited Avis

Ian was so helpful and did everything I asked with my mini tapes and slides. Timeless Moments Limited dealt efficiently with my tapes and slides with a great result.

I emailed Timeless Moments with a general enquiry and then had a very helpful conversation with Ian. I wanted an old Cine Film converted to the best means of sharing with family and friends.
The result was excellent, but at 64 it was a bit of a shock seeing myself 57 years ago ! I will be returning with other requests. Many Thanks

Good reliable service provided by Ian, a thoroughly pleasant helpful man. We have started to get our old standard 8 video tapes converted to a usb stick.
A wonderful way to keep memories, that had been “lost” for 40+ years.

Over the last few years we have had old negatives, cine films and slides digitized by Ian. The results are truly amazing. Always a prompt service and a pleasure to have a chat in the 'Control Centre'!

Delivered as expected, Ian is knowledgeable, personable and quick to reply. Very reasonable price and turnaround time. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Fantastic communication if needed. Very Happy with the service I had

I had some old cinefilms moved onto a USB stick. I wanted to drop them off and pick them up myself, Ian made this an easy process. I was pleased with the quality of transposed films.

Over last year we used Timeless Moments to convert all our super 8 movies to a digital format using the Proteus procedure.
The results are excellent and we have been able to share the converted films with all those people in the films who were small children and babies all those 50+ years ago.
It good to use the friendly service with no problems between sending out the films and receiving the USB and links back.
Thoroughly recommended.

Everything worked
I now have my timeless moments in viewable
format
Thank you so much

Ian transcribed some small video tapes for us. Although we had to wait a month or two, everything went well.
He handles most old media and would recommend him and his service.

Amazing customer service, our Cine films have been transferred to digital and returned within a few weeks.

Highly recommend

Good friendly service. Happy with the results.

Trusted Ian with some 50 standard 8 family cine films found whilst clearing my late parents house.
Excellent job; especially with the proteus enhancements.
Saved many of family memories that can now be shared with future generations.

I now have a lost family film back.

Thanks for this service.

After searching for a while for someone to convert our old cine reels we found Ian at Timeless Moments. A very friendly and knowledgeable man. Our options were discussed beforehand and the process was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the completed video files were amazing.

We have transferred four family cine films to USB, the quality and digital upgrading have been fantastic. Excellent customer service throughout and a business I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Ian was very knowledgeable. I had my parents' wedding video digitized, AI enhanced, and saved to the cloud. Ian was able to advise on quality and as the VHS tape had deteriorated I will return with the original cine film if I can locate it. Highly recommend this company for great and speedy service, value, and care.

Quick response, friendly and reliable. Second time I’ve used Timeless Moments and would recommend highly.

Excellent service for a second time and the joy of watching back what we thought were never captured on video was priceless. Hearing the screeches of delight from our daughters seeing themselves as babies and tiny children from a time when mobile phone cameras weren’t a thing was joyful. Ian is great at communicating and does a wonderful service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly service and quality results.
