I ordered a 18mm 45 degree and they sent me a 14mm 90 degree!!!

I love the piece . I was looking for something thicker then the crap they have around here and this is an awesome bong!

Was sent fast and came packed well.
The ash catcher does not hold the water level in the second chamber. Other than that it's wonderful.

Yep, bad customer service. Took them 3 months to issue a refund.

I received what i ordered, but what I was actually looking for was a 25mm bucket that would fit into my Terp Ready setup. Caveat Emptor, etc.. it's a few millimeters too wide. I suppose I'll learn how to use a torch and check it out. :)

I love everything about the package and everything inside of it. I think i got my moneys worth and i believe what i got costed more than what i payed. only complaint was the bowl is chipped on the choke but it’s still useable. highly recommend

To start they only ship with usps where as other sites will give you an option to chose your shipper (for a cost of course) and than when my package shows up late and I request that they maybe add the option for other shippers they tell me not to bash their company even though it's usps I was bashing and than they go further and attempt to lie and say FedEx and ups refuse to deliver their packages which just isn't true I've ordered from multiple other smoke shop sites using both of them with no issue. Horrible customer service and over priced pieces.

Ordered something and needed it replaced, but haven't heard back for over a week.

Decided to give the mystery box a spin and I was happily surprised with everything I was sent, I'm going to have to try the concentrate box next.

Fraudulent company. No customer support. Sold a product that arrived broken. Upon trying to resolve they claimed that it was a used product and broken by the purchaser. No refund, no exchange, no attempt to make things right.

UPDATE: This company operates out of Tampa FL and when you attempt to call their customer service number you get a variety of 3 different businesses sporadically when the answering system picks up. There is no return to your call. No one will ever answer. I gave up on the 23rd attempt over 4 days.

Further investigation shows that this is a shadow company that is not operated in the US, this is only their shipping point and there are no reliable records to show that this company has a legitimate business license. I was not able to find the country of origin for this business. But it in not Tampa FL.

I purchased this item for my girlfriend in all l can say us that she loves it a little to much I'm happy to have found a site that has a creative experience on different types, and choices thxs so much.

Just what I needed for a decent price.

On three occasions I have ordered the same product (in the last 12 months!), NECTAR COLLECTOR. All three times I was sent the wrong item.
I am a handicapped US ARMY Vet, I don't drive. The 3 occasions, the first time I had to purchase a completely new order and pay for the item again! The uneducated persons in your customer service would not do anything! The second time after 3 iterations canceled the order and gave me back my money to reorder the product and I got the item. just last week, your shipping department, again sent the SAME wrong item and I still have NO satisfaction in communicating with customer service. I have sent pictures of the wrong item sent, and of what I should have received. Three times on this last order (of the same item every time!), still no resolution! Your 420% guarantee is fraudulent advertising! I DO NOT DRIVE, so how do I return the item? How do I get the item I wanted and ordered?
Should I file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission, the agency that regulates internet sales in the USA? The Office of Veteran Affairs? Or, would it be possible for your company to send me what I have paid for?

Wrong product. Not what I thought I ordered .Returning it will cost me to much. I just wont shop with them.

Order a gas mask bong - didn't get the mask only the bong.
