Sent me the wrong product . Then wants me to pay 20 % restock fee and shipping. This Company is not good. Save the money and go so place else. I learned the expensive way.

Purchased an 18mm ash catcher with built in bowl and downstem. As I was drying the glass I heard a loud pop, the entire thing broke. Quality is cheap and the glass is not thick. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been tracking a package sent to me for over a week now. First it ships over to my side of the country just fine saying it will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no package in sight. It sat in a warehouse for two days before randomly being sent back to Florida. I’m very disappointed. I feel as though I’ve just been scammed by a bunch of scum bags. Whoever runs this company is clearly unable to. I will be taking legal action if my package is not compensated in full refund.

Toker supply has sent me 3 downstems. None of them measures what they claim to measure and as a result they do not fit my glass piece. I have even sent pictures of how they do not measure as advertised.

It seems they are incapable of actually reading what my complaint is. They actually sent me a duplicate downstem after I told them it did not fit. It didn’t fit the second time they sent it either.

Also nice to see that the reviews they have asked me for are not being posted on their website. So, I guess they only want the reviews that make them look good. Truth is, I have spent over $25, written 3 e-mails to customer support, and written 2 reviews but I still have not received a downstem that fits my piece.

I have ordered from another company and I suggest anyone else looking for a downstem do the same.

After posting this I received notification from Toker Supply that I have been refunded. It’s the only thing they have done correctly

Got the bong one week, then the ash catcher and banger 2 weeks after, and the banger wasnt even the one i ordered, never ordering from here again.

There’re okay if you can wait……Paid for express shipping and the shipping cost 3x more than what i ordered. I made my purchase before thanksgiving and got my products today..

I saw a pipe I liked but it said actual colors may vary, so I ordered 2.i got two, unique well built pipes. I gave one as a gift and kept the blue one.i love it.

Bought a 14mm Ash Catcher for my Beaker and 18mm Ash Catcher for a Straight Tube and after some Trial and Error with water levels I got both to work perfectly. Thank you Toker Supply.

My experience was terrible your guys's website unedited my apartment number out of my address then you guys sent got it sent back to you and are charging me to send it back and you've been rude in your responses I will not be recommending this company I will actually be slamming it with how you guys have handled this worst business relation I've had in the past few years without a doubt. As for your reply I've had multiple messages with your customers team and they have been rude and not willing to help but rather charge me shipping again or a restocking fee and denying any fault then just stopped replying before I received a partial refund or the merchandise

Item was delivered within just a few days and was packaged extremely well. Big fan of Rock Glass and only wish I could order actual replacement bowls from Rock Glass. I really wish you would change your policy or practice with the whole "colors randomly chosen" bit. But I really appreciate the professionalism of your company thanks again!!!
