The bras are super small in cup size and back size, fabric is garbage made in Vietnam, cheap zipper, bad return policy. They charge $12.50 to ship bra back via US Post Office instead of a UPS. I guess they hope between the return price and waiting on line at post office that you won't return it. I will never order from them again. They also have no independent review sites not controlled by them. This was only site I found to write the truth

I bought the recovery shoes. The sizing runs much larger, HUGE! If it ran true to size, people wouldn't have to return them. I called for a return & got back my price but not the 8.99 shipping.

Bought compression wrist sleeves. ABSOLUTELY awful. No compression. Thin, cheap quality. Wildly overpriced. I immediately returned them. I bought my shipping elsewhere because they wanted to charge me $11.50 to return with their label. (Incidentally, I shipped the garbage back with Pirate Ship for $5.) They still kept $7.99 from my return.

The bra didn't fit correctly. It wasn't as described. I paid about 25.00 in shipping. I paid 12.95 to have them mail and when it didn't fit and wasn't as described in order to return I had to pay again 12.95. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TOMMIE COPPER AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT THEIR RETURN POLICY ISN'T FREE.....

Purchased an Infrared & Red Light Therapy joint device directly from the Tommie Copper website. It worked for about one week and then would no longer hold a charge. Customer service is effectively unreachable — the support phone number directs callers back to the website, another number routes to a sales line, and two emails went unanswered. I requested a refund or replacement for a defective product and received no response. Very disappointing experience.

This happened approx 4 years ago. While SASS cowboy action shooting, my sister; who mind you is a world champion; accidentally shot herself during a competition. It went into her upper thigh and out near the knee. When paramedics proceeded to remove her pants, and the Tommie Copper knee brace, the bullet fell out. Gotta say; Tommie Copper stopped a speeding bullet. Thank you Tommie Copper!

Will never buy another product from this company because of the LOSER POS actor promoting these products! Screw Tommie Copper and their WOKE POS promoting

I ordered compression gloves because the link was on a post by a musician I admire. The gloves were $29.50. When I entered my credit card #, and clicked "Purchase", the deed was done. It was only then that I noticed that the charge for shipping was $100.00 US! I tried to cancel the transaction but was unable to do so. I contacted Tommie Copper and was told there was nothing I can do. Apparently I can return the gloves, but the shipping won't be refunded; they say it's a FedEX minimum charge. I have never been charged anywhere close to this for an online purchase. On top of that, the gloves are of mediocre quality.

I would not even give them one star if I could. This company is in my opinion corrupt. Every top in my wardrobe is a medium. I ordered the medium tank top. I could not even get it on over my head or stepping into it. I started the return and thought I had put in the wrong information. The return price of the refund was only for the product and did not include the shipping. Then I see that I have to pay $12.50 to return it. The original shipping was $7.50. So for a product that isn't what it should be (no way is it a standard medium) I paid $20.

Terrible customer service. I purchased an item one day and the next day the order was on sale for $60 less. I called to cancel but even though it hadn't shipped, they said they couldn't cancel it but would take care of the return once I received the package. When I called to return it, they are charging me $12.50 for the return and zero customer service when I called... she said 'we don't have the capability to do that (cancel an order) you can't take it out on us because you changed your mind.'

I just returned from post office trying to return bra that didn’t fit and zipper a challenge. Tommie Copper wanted $12.50 to return and I knew if I mailed on own it be half the price which it was but the return address they had on their original package does not exist!! They did that so you have to pay the $12.50!

I purchased two bras that are supposed to help with my shoulders. The bras fit my circumference but do NOTHING to help support my shoulders! In addition, there are pads in the bra cups that are not secured so they move around in the laundry and are a nightmare to reposition. And, you can't get to them because there is no access to them. In addition to the above, they have such huge shoulders so they show under every shirt/blouse I own. Won't buy these again.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered a bra about a month ago and never received. Waited over 40 minutes to get someone on the line the first time I called. I ended up cancelling the order. I'll never order from them again.

This is the worst company to deal with. We ordered 2 bras with zippers. We never received an acknowledgement so we assumed the fodder was fine but when we received it one had a zipper and the other one did not. They will not exchange it and there customer service representative was most ignorant with me on the phone.

Bought a bra and it did not improve my posture as it advertised. Not only did I have to pay 7.99 for shipping, but they wanted $12.50 for return shipping. Such robbery and chutzpah. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a nasty customer representative. I shipped it back myself which saved me 50 cents! The company just has to ship and return all day and they make $20.00 on each customer. Will never order from them again….buyer beware!!

This product the shirt is nothing more than a thick t shirt , way way over priced , and when you want to ship it back to them you have to pay two delivery charges , company is typical big internet company that wants to do everything by email , to keep costs down , and they hope you go away !! Would never recommend this product to anyone!!!

Purchased a Tommie Copper back support bra from HSN for a good price. Ordered 2 more directly from Tommie Copper using their BOGO special. The bras were different so I tried to exchange them for the type I purchased from HSN. After waiting 20 minutes to speak with a customer service rep, I was told Tommie Copper provides a different type back support bra for HSN and QVC and they were not offered through Tommie Copper directly. They also charge $12.50 to return the bras for a credit. Confusing and disappointing. Won't order from Tommie Copper again.

The inside of the sock just had tangles of threads making it almost impossible to get on unfortunately I'd left it too late to try them & return them have not had the opportunity to write a review until now

I was gifted 2 Tommie Copper compression shirts.
I noticed that they were Large instead of XL. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Both shirts were unopened with the tags still on. The representative told me that without a receipt I could not exchange them for a larger size. Mind you, I have purchased items from them in the past so I'm in their data base. I even offered to pay for postage both ways. WHAT A RIPOFF COMPANY!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buy the shirt and attempt to exchange but no shirt available to replace for over 30 days. CS tells me to return the shirt and wait for a sale to purchase again at the original sale price. Their customer service is a joke. There are better products out there and I encourage you to find them and reject this company.
