Had no problems with my order
Had no problems with my order, but delivery and added cost pushed the price up a bit but quality item so happy to pay abit more. Good delivery time considering Christmas week

I had to return it as it was not the right one. Matt at Toolchimp kindly answered my emails in a very helpful manner and advised me that when I returned the item he would action a refund. I would highly recommend this company

The lroduct was exactly as ordered ,,, unfortunately I ordered 10 boxes of 10mm staples but the ordered amount was short, I sent an email informing them but didnt receive a reply which I thaught quite rude and no acknowledgement of receiving, also no delivery of the items that were ordered and paid for

Toolchimp again because twice you let me down but not only that, DPD lied that they could not deliver because I wasn't in - NOT TRUE. End of.

Order incomplete
The tools received appear fine, but the entire order was lacking some items. Although toolchimp have acknowledged the shortfall (by the weight), they still haven’t fulfilled my order in weeks.
