Ive always received nothing less than a 5 star service from Toomey Basildon from purchasing my Nissan to just now having its first service. They couldn't have done anything better and I rate it easily as 5 stars and let me tell you that I'm hard to please so this is no mean feat. I must say Frances Brooks went over and above fir me on tbe service desk, a real credit to her job 👏

Took my Qashqai for its yearly service today, and so pleased to say that the service department is still as great as last years visit.
Was dealt with by Phoebe and Francis, whom made it a pleasurable experience rather that the yearly choir of getting your car serviced. Excellent customer service is what keeps customers returning.
I changed two years ago from Southend Nissan Toomey for my servicing, so glad I did !!

Excellent service by the whole team including Phoebe Francis and Holli at the front desk. Kept up to date during the process and received a great video from the mechanic completing the work.

Ryan was fantastic, I was unhappy due to the fact I had taken a service plan out when buying the car from yourselves but had not been contacted with regard to its service, hence as the car never flagged up it went nearly a year over and I was concerned over its wet belt, his knowledge was great as this model doesn't have a wet belt and he handled the conversation professionally and courteously. Have bought several cars with you before and with this level of service will definitely buy from you again. Top marks to Ryan!

Toomey basildon should not be selling any cars until thay start fixing the cusomers cars waiting on parts for months without car and paying for no car manager needs to be sacked and staff at southend no better full of lies people are loosing thousands of pounds and they don't care you couldn't make it up no courtesy cars ever says a lot about nissan cars joke of company in the process of talking to papers shortly

Hi I visited the laindon Nissan toomey for my motability service, to which Ryan greeted me so friendly and made me feel comfortable for the whole time I waited, made me a nice coffee, answered any questions I had and really gave out a warm welcome to me so I thought he deserved a Pat on the back as he is a credit to your company. Ryan Booth. Quashqai main service, recall for manufacturing fault and a defect.from dropping off car was advised of all work to be carried out and updated by phone of progress. When picking up car again told of findings. All explained, very polite. Thank you
