Topflight reps were at airport and hotels. Its great peace of mind when you travel with kids & want to switch off in terms of working out where to go/ what to do etc. Topflight offers all u need when from moment u embark on trip right up until u board to go home, which allows you to switch off & enjoy the break! If your looking for a stress free holiday then look no further!

From the time we landed in Italy our holiday ran seamlessly. The resort managers were extremely helpful and so informative about everything. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Transfers accomodation, tours were all excellent thanks to the wonderful team we met.

Amazing trip to the Dolomites and Alps
It was everything really. Our guide, Claudia was just brilliant, the hotel was lovely, our fellow travellers were a fantastic bunch of people and the trip to the Dolomites and Alps could not have been better. If you want to explore this beautiful part of the world I can’t think of a better way.

Superb Service
Superb escorted tour around the gorgeous Puglia region. We found places we’d never have found without our guide and learning the history and culture of each place. The accommodation was superb in a converted farmhouse with a pool. Included breakfast and dinner were very nice. Our tour guide Carmela was excellent and was informative with a great sense of humour.

A very well organised holiday with a terrific and knowledgeable guide. The Hotel was slow to respond at first re service but got their act. together after a couple of days. The tours were great and it was great to have free time in the middle of the holiday.

Your booking process is excellent…
Your booking process is excellent giving us the key information we required. Following on information and details very timely. Choice of hotel was excellent. Max, our tour guide across three tours, was excellent and very highly rated by our travelling group. Tour guide on first day clearly was very knowledgeable. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with some very memorable experiences.

Magical holiday in Puglia
We had a wonderful holiday in Puglia which was made extra special by our brilliant leader Stefano. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and always there to help each individual as required. He has a winning personality and frequently used humour to great effect. Our hotel was top class, great food and wonderful staff. We were part of a lovely group who bonded very well. Topflight rep Wendy…
Just back from beautiful Sorrento topflight highly recommened. I dont nornally do reviews but have to reconise the amazing support we got from Our topflight rep Wendy. All trips were organised and run very smoothly. She always checked with us on times, locations never had a rep that was so attentive. Wendy arranged with the hotel ( Astoria) to open the dining room ahead of early trips and departure. My husband is suffering from an injury to his knee and helped getting on buses and tours. She is a lovely person very approchable and friendly and enriched our experience on holiday. Thank you Wendy x

It was the best holiday I've experienced
It was the best holiday I've experienced. There is no way I would have managed all the walking if Stefano had not organised tuck tuck etc. Stefano was an excellent 5 star Tour Drictor, always in good humour, great fun and with excellent knowledge of every tour. The hotel was so beautiful ,& comfortable and staff were excellent & attentive. Dinners & breakfasts were delicious. Stefano 5 star all the way many thanks also driver Cosemo.
