I’ve been mucked around with your customer service saying my purchase will be delivered Friday 28th August 2026 then to be told NO Saturday 29th August then to be told NO it’s Sunday 30th August.
I’ve been home waiting for my purchase with no help from Trade Depo customer service.
I will not be using your trade anymore as it is incompetent and NO body helps find your order or contact you.

Very impressed, great service. I purchased an oven online at 9 pm it was delivered at 11 am the next morning…. Unbelievable! Did not expect to receive it for a few days let alone next morning!

This company is run by Indians whom are simply interested in one thing, getting the money in the bank. In my experience they lie and will say just about anything to achieve their goal. I asked the question when you deliver the new oven will you take tge old oven away, the answer was what I wanted to hear, yes we will take the old oven away, when the new oven was deliveredthey refused to take the old oven away.They lie after lie to get your business and then don't follow through.

I ordered a washing machine which showed up missing the bottom cover, after multiple emails a weeks I have finally received a random piece of plastic that looks like it was made by a 10 year old, definitely not happy with the poor customer service I won’t be buying anything from trade depot again

Vogue Breeze 9kg heat pump dryer bought online with a Vogue 5kg front loader washing machine. Easy purchase and great communication and follow up when we had any queries. Delivery was great too. Would recommend these items and this company.

The product range is great, with helpful staff and great pricing. Free delivery is a fantastic bonus.

Not Recommended – Very Poor Customer Service

I contacted Trade Depot before purchasing to clarify delivery times, return conditions, and what would happen if the product arrived damaged. I also wanted to confirm that the information on their website was accurate.

I spoke with Kathleen Palencia, who was dismissive when I explained my questions, responding, “What are you talking about?” I then spent approximately 22 minutes on the phone trying to get clear answers, only to be given delivery information that appeared to contradict the website.

Despite explaining at the beginning that I needed clarification, the call ended with an email containing information that did not properly address my questions.

Customers have every right to receive clear, accurate and professional information before committing to a purchase. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously.

Not Recommended – Very Poor Customer Service

I contacted Trade Depot customer service because I wanted to clarify the terms and conditions before purchasing a product, particularly the delivery arrangements and return policy in case the item arrived damaged.

I spoke with a sales representative, Kathleen Palencia, and unfortunately the experience was extremely frustrating. When I tried to explain what I needed help with, she responded, “What are you talking about?” — which I found dismissive and unprofessional.

As a customer, I believe it is completely reasonable to ask questions before making a purchase, especially regarding delivery timeframes, returns, and what happens if a product arrives damaged. I also wanted to reconfirm that the information displayed on the Trade Depot website for the product I was considering was accurate.

Instead, I was given delivery information over the phone that appeared to differ from what was stated on the website. I spent approximately 22 minutes on the phone trying to get clear answers. In the end, she sent me an email containing information that I had already told her at the beginning of the call I needed clarification about.

The overall experience left me feeling that the priority was simply to keep me moving toward a purchase rather than properly answering my questions and making sure I understood the terms beforehand.

Very disappointing customer service. Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about a purchase and receive clear, consistent and professional answers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Trade Depot and will think twice before purchasing from them.

what can i say trade depot is the place to go we have gotten a lot of our house hold stuff from here and there is no regret what’s so ever fully recommend going here first coz with out fail you will be walking out with what you were looking for and still have $$ left over for other things there
