I would no longer recommend this company
I have been using TradesmanCE for my continuing education for the renewal of my licenses for over 10 years. Since their changeover to the Fusion Platform, it is awful. The screen gives you the option to play the audio file so you can follow along with the text. It only worked for first couple of times then would not play. The print is tiny and a pain to try to read after a full day at work.
I paid for the item and had to call tech support because the course I chose would not display. Sure took my money quick enough. My husbands licenses renew at the end of June. We had the same problem with his as well. We have both decided to shy we will find another provider next year for our class hours.
(We hold 5 licenses between the two of us). It is a shame to pay a company for the low quality we recieved.
I would not recommend this company at this time. I’m very disappointed and feel as if I was cheated.

Worst customer service. Almost impossible communication.
Transition to Certus platform; Worst customer service ever.
I am repeating my CCE with another company because my results don't get reported. Lost my time in the online course and the multiple times contacting the customer service department by phone that most of the time didn't even answer or return calls. When rep did answer, after long wait and multiple calls noting solved. Chat do not connect; online message never goes thru.

Have good courses available. Covers code changes very will. Classes are fairly priced. Have people to help if you need help or advice.

Never sent my hours to the state
Never sent my hours to the state. I had to call and manually talk to some one. Still not resolved yet!

Four years ago it was a different type…
Four years ago it was a different type of reading/Test however this year it was entirely different. I did not like it at all very hard to navigate for me. I didn’t understand how to use any of it bless things about the timing of it. All it just wasn’t very pleasant experience would not recommend.
