Looting people's money and worst service and customer support

Could have given a negative rating if it was possible. Have been struggling with my recent transactions to the core. I was making transactions through Transfast as I had trust in them but totally disappointed. Firstly, my account was blocked then when I started performing my transaction I observed that my bank account is no longer registered (without me making any changes). Later even upon giving correct credentials, account got blocked again.

Upon making transaction, it was cancelled by Security team without any request for additional information or reason for cancellation. Upon sending an email to customer support, I was vaguely told that Security team has cancelled it. However, the amount got debited from my account and still not refunded. Upon raising another transaction request, amount got debited again though there were no funds in my bank account. I am now charged actual amount and additional 48$ as Non sufficient funds fee by the bank for Transfast's mistake of debiting the amount twice before security check. They don't even perform basic validations if required amount is available or not in the account. Also, how can you'll debit the money before Security validation when you'll don't process it without Security clearance??

The second transaction also is cancelled though I have provided required documentation as requested by Transfast. There are to and fro mails from my end and Transfast customer support but of no use and leading no where. Now customer support team says that they can't refund amount as funds were not sufficient. But my bank had provided it and charged me the fine as well. When the debit was successful, how can you'll not refund the amount?

There is no refund yet even after 1 week and Why should I bear the NSF fees for Transfast's mistake of debiting amount when security check was not cleared.

Worst customer support team who does not have any intention to support and help customers. Would definitely inform all my family and friends not to use any of Transfast's services as it's worst service provider and is in business just for looting people's money...

Is there a zero star review for harassing customers

Is there a zero star review? Crap company clearly. I just called them for a simple phone number update request which according to their website can be done online. But apparently they wanted me to call from my old number for the reasons they only know which they communicate to me after doing their security checks (dosen't even make any sense if was getting that reply). Apparently they refuse to change my number even after i gave them a call from my number on file.
When I asked why it cant be done they gave me another canned "security reason" response. When I asked to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about they put me on hold and started laughing. This is probably some sort of data collection scheme and harassment.
They apparently have no customer manager's on floor, apparently if a customer wants to escalate things. The customer service people make me feel they are running department from home where they don't care what they say and moreover do what they feel like with zero escalation level in place. For employees it works best because its kind of an government job where they wont get fired ever regardless of what they do.

Transfast is the most stupid money…

Transfast is the most stupid money transfer agency, I hate way you treat your customers, at first you guys blocked my account now I had to go send money through the transfadt agent, while I was sending the money they kept asking me stupid question. Why would you want to k ow the reason am sending money to my family out there. You are really meant to hurt close up the co.pany if you cant work well

Is there a zero star review?

Is there a zero star review? Crap company clearly. They supposedly verified my account and sent me a confirmation that my money transfer was being initiated, and then cancelled the transfer within the hour. When I called today to inquire why they asked me for all of my personal information, which was correct and then told me they had to cancel it for "security reasons", that they were unable to verify my account, and that my account was deactivated and I'd be unable to use it to send money again. When I asked why it couldn't be verified they gave me another canned "security reason" response. When I asked to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about they put me on hold and never picked up the phone again. This is probably some sort of data collection scheme. Don't waste your time.

The worst money transferring service I…

The worst money transferring service I have ever used. They accidentally canceled my transaction because they thought I was sending money through a savings account. Then they were telling me to send a screenshot of the current bank account online activity with my name on it when I already submitted the bank statements. Also this time I tried using my card and they are still asking the bank statement info. Horrible horrible I will never set this bogus transfer system.

Our account security team was trying to contact you to verify aforementioned account. As it shows that the account is a savings account and we only accept checking account, this led to the cancellation of the transaction.

As a regulated financial services company, we are required by law to collect information such as bank statement and other documents which helps us identify who is sending money regardless of the transaction amount, and be in compliance with written laws of the government. We will be unable to complete the transaction if these aren't provided.

Transfast is a crap money transfer…

Transfast is a crap money transfer service when it comes to a 'fasttrack' transfer. Usually their normal timeline is higher than others and I don't have a problem with them. This time I needed the money in my India account at urgent basis & I compromised with the transfer rate (lower than normal mode) being under impression that the '24Hrs' is what they are committing to. However I did not receive the money and when called the customer service, they told Saturday is not considered in their business calendar (why don't you tell me that while making the transaction) and when I told Xoom deposited money on Saturday, they person told we work under a different policy. Just know my bank in India allows deposits on Saturday.
On top of that when you make a transaction, an agent will call you every time and in the name of security, they ask you all personal & financial details over phone - why the hell you have a website then, start a telephonic service.

Upon checking on your transaction, it shows it was released on our end within our 24 hour timeline. However, the recipient bank to be transferred to doesn't have an instant deposit option. As we further reviewed your transaction, it also shows that the funds were received by your beneficiary's bank account on October 27th, 2019. Please be informed that the availability of your funds will also depend on your recipient's bank.

I have not had any problems from this company with my transaction. Their efficiency outdoes all their competitors. Would definitely recommend to friends and loved ones.

Worst ever money transfer company

Do not even try to send money through this they have worst customer service and they don’t know how to treat there customer they don’t deserve even one star

I have used it once and I had a good experience. The amount got delivered in five days time (as estimated) without any extra fees.

Slow service

Email received before transaction is over
They are slow, sometimes they don't do anything for days and when you call them they say security issue and clear the security issue when you call. It is ridiculous how they slow process this whole thing

Ridiculous and Frustrating

I got to know why xoom, Ria and others have grown like anything. Will never transfer with transfast again. It let me believe that ancient age hasn’t gone yet. So many days to receive fund. Oh my god, ridiculous and frustrating

My experience with Transfast has been amazing. They got the money there when they said they would. They were very transparent and dependable. I told all my friends about Transfast and from now they have agreed to change from other money sending business to Transfast. Not to be trusted with transfer options provided

worst experience. Opted for fast transfer but they changed to value+ which takes 3 to 5 business days. Wouldnt have initiated the transfer if i know that they would change the terms during transfer.

The recipient better not need the money for 2 weeks if it’s your first transaction

Set everything up on a laptop and cellphone, and connected my bank account in the bank account of my recipient.

I Pressed “send“ on a $51 transfer, and got a confirmation that it was successful.

10 minutes later I get an email saying it had failed.

I called customer service and they told me I had to wait 4 more days and then try again.

They said the problem was probably with the receivers bank account. The receiver was my wife.
I called our bank and there was no problem on our end.

I just wanted to test the service with a smaller transfer before sending a larger amount to her father overseas.

Seems Transfast takes a long time before they decide to trust you, and if you have a failed transaction, then the agent told me that they won’t process it again for at least a week when it’s your first one.

My advice is don’t try to use this service unless you’ve got a minimum two week lead time on your first transaction. seems Transfast takes a long time before they decide to trust you, and if you have a field transaction they won’t process it again for at least a week - at least when it’s your first one! (At least that the explanation I got from their customer service)
