Pretty cumbersome and outdated…
Pretty cumbersome and outdated verification process and slow refund times. While others have moved on to online verification, these guys are still stuck in the 90s wanting a scanned copy of everything. Also They probably make money out of the time they keep my money stuck during the refund process as they say it takes 7-10 business days for a refund when it should take max 2 days.

Transfast has very poor service
Transfast has very poor service, very slow and the person asking a question for verification she very rod and you cannot guarantee that your family will receive the money even you pay extra for fast transfer. Will never recommend transfast and will never do any transaction again

Sometimes rates are a bit low which I think TRANSFAST should improve.

It's been 5 days and the money is still…
It's been 5 days and the money is still not deposited in the account. I provided all the documentation they asked for and their processing is very slow, we are in 2019 and document verification takes 3 business days and another 4 business days to send the money ( which is not met) . You just lost a long time customer, see where and what your competition is doing, they are offering better rates and almost instant transfer and quick document verification. And dont even get me started on the terrible customer service, they are not courteous, very rude and dont show any empathy.

I created an account for Transfast…
I created an account for Transfast service on 8/14/19. I processed a transaction on 8/23/19 and received a transaction receipt. 8/23/19 I received notification that my transaction had been cancelled. I contacted Transfast regarding the nature of the cancelled transaction and was told that the account did not authenticate so it along with the transaction was cancelled. The transaction with my bank showed pending. 8/25/19 I reached out to Transfast again to ask about the return of funds. I was told that the funds would be returned within one to two day from the cancellation, which this time had clearly exceeded.
I am filing this review as I have seen many others have done around the business practices of Transfast. The company should seek to validate persons looking to use this service. I set up an account on 8/14/19. Between 8/14/19 and 8/23/19 (almost 10 days) due diligence could have been done to ensure that my account was approved.
Sounds like another company doing shady business at the expense of consumers.
I want my money refunded.
Today is 9/3/19 and my order was canceled on 8/23/19. I still do not have my refund. Please forward me a copy of the credit receipt.

Good service, great security team!
Good service, great security team. My overall experience with TransFast is good. I would totally recommend it as this is one of the few services in Remittance market with no service charge. However, about 1 week of processing time is too much considering the competitors are providing same day deposit at same conversion rates. So hopefully Transfast would make some improvements in that department in future.

Its been one month now that they said that they would return my funds, due to not being able to send my transfer to the destination point. It is really apparent, after speaking to many different agency staff members, that I wont be receiving my funds, they said will be returned to me within 7-10 business days. This company is an awful, corrupt and useless excuse for a business. Your dealing with our money, and you can't even manage to handle it properly, or give it back. If you want to send your money into thin air...give it to these guys. It costed me $530. Thanks Transfast.

If I could get these guys higher than a five star rating I would. Transfer asked is the best they are there to talk to you they are real people and they answer the phone. You just need to increase your exchange rate and also instead of using 8 days why not 3 or 4 5 days 8 days is too much and the instant deposit 340 is very low that all i feel
