IMPORTANT INFORMATION - THEY ARE REMOVING COMPLAINTS - THIS IS FRAUD

PLEASE READ -
I have previously posted a review explain how awful this company is and how Dr. Khalil cannot be trusted.

Following this, Transforming Lives emailed me threatening me to take my review down or they will revoke my insurance. Further to this, they have now reported my complaint to trustpilot saying they do not believe my complaint is genuine and therefore trustpilot have removed my complaint.

I have emailed trustpilot proof the company threatened me and proof they have acknowledged their care has fallen way below standard.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPANY REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE AS EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COMPANY, THE NO EXISTANT AFTERCARE AND DR KHALIL

Fantastic experience from start to…

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone was kind, gentle snd supportive especially Megan Kenny who chatted to me like we have known each other for ages yet still remaining professional. She eased all my worries and was available to speak to when ever I needed her support. My Surgeon was amazing too and all the staff that helped me on operation day. Too many names to mention but all at the Burcot hall hospital In Birmingham were just fantastic and I thank you all. Thank you Megan Kenny for being truly fabulous. X

Such poor after service

Such poor after service! Search Companies House website for some revelations! Their new name mow is Transform Healthcare Holdings Ltd. Before the procedure they were amazing and getting the money off you up front of course. Afterwards I feel very let down. Should have spoken to Consultant 1 week post procedure, still waiting over 4 weeks later, ever Thursday evening he is too busy! And when I needed an emergency nurse appointment 7 days after, no one ever called and I ended up in hospital. Never got feedback from a complaint, as they just don't care! Wish I had gone to Turkey now!

HELP!

I had band surgery July 2021 and have had infected port site, I now have a deep set infection and need the band removed. I was agreed that Transforming lives would remove band and then replace band at a later date and 6 month care package once I’m healed. The trouble is I now cannot get them to commit to this in writing or set a confirmed date for removal they keep setting dates then cancelling. I live in Glasgow and need time to book hotels and travel plus organise a chaperone and can’t as they will not give me a confirmation booking. I feel now that I am being strung along. I have also repeated asked for management and complaints to contact but they won’t do it.

I’ve had my surgery done through…

I’ve had my surgery done through Transform, in October 2022 at The Pines Manchester, I found my experience wonderful, Kira Buckland helped me book my surgery, & guided me through what will happen, Kira sorted my surgeon, who was absolutely amazing! The aftercare has been excellent - and all the staff, and nurses have been very professional and trustworthy

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I had surgery just over 2 weeks ago. I was first on the list so due to go down between 8:30 & 9am.
I was given a covid test which had already been used!
8:35 they came in to tell me my notes had gone missing. Then they was going to cancel my surgery!! I managed to get in touch with my consultant who re-sent everything through. I finally went for surgery at 12:30 and discharged at 9pm.

I then had a follow up appointment booked in for 11th October. I got to my appointment and clinic was closed so I managed to get in touch and they then told me all clinics had been closed and asked me to go to got Manchester!! Which is an hour and a half away from me. I wasn’t able to get to Manchester which I then was told to removing my bandage myself!!!
I’ve no appointment booked in to see my surgeon and I’m not able to get through to anyone to beable to speak to.
Absolutely avoid this company, it’s now been taken over by another name so KEEP A WATCH OUT!!!!

UPDATE:- 8/11/22

I was finally made an appointment to see my surgeon 5 week later after my op (bearing in mind I have not seen anyone in the whole 5 weeks and had to remove bandages myself) my appointment was made in Manchester at the pines , which is 1 hour and a half away from my home. I arrived here on Sunday 6th November 2022 to find out my surgeon no longer works their and their was no clinic on!!!! I was not impressed in the slightest as I had travelled all this way. No one had been in touch to tell me this had happened!! The lady on reception rang someone from upstairs and the lady from upstairs managed to get me in to see a doctor 50 minutes later.
Absolutely disgusting service I never want to have to step foot in this place again!
I want travel costs and I also want some kind of refund for the horrendous service I have received!
I have not been given the after care service I had been promised!

Avoid Transform at all costs

Avoid Transform at all costs. If I could leave minus stars, I would.

There is absolutely no customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone. They don’t care about you after you have paid in full. YOU WILL GET IGNORED- impossible to get through on the phone it just rings out OR you get passed from person to person. I was pressured to paying in full before even seeing a surgeon in person as I was told I would lose the date and the next one would be a while off. No pre op assessment as the telephone appt I had booked in with a nurse no one bothered to call me- I had to chase myself. They told me that I have to isolate for 2 weeks AFTER I paid and booked my surgery- which obviosuly affected my job. Then they chased me for PCR test results which no one told me I needed in the first place and this was just a few days before I was due for surgery. There was no contact at all after surgery, no post op assessment was booked. I had to request a check up a number of times as I had concerns about my results and my recovery. It took me complaining to who replied to my initial enquiry to get a response from a nurse. Nurses on the ward were rude, and the surgery results are awful- I have been approved for revision surgery but have been waiting almost a YEAR now. I actually managed to get the revision surgery booked in after 10 months post op. I arrived at the time they requested and then waited in reception for over 2 hours before someone came down to tell me they couldn’t do it anymore. I was told they had an emergency come in but I was sat by the door the whole time and could hear the conversations the nurse was having about me to the receptionist when she had called to ask them what the hold up was. There was no mention of an emergency. They broke the news to me in the reception room leaving me in tears. I was embarrassed and upset. The only person who was helpful was the receptionist who offered me a sandwich as I wasn’t allowed to eat that day or drink after 11am to prepare for the surgery. I was still sat in reception having no one coming down to speak to me til after 5pm. I waited 2 weeks to contact Transform as I was waiting to see how long it actually took them to offer me an alternative date or just an apology, or even to see if I was ok after leaving the building in hysterics. I had cancelled a family holiday to attend the surgery which they were well aware of, incurred taxi fees to get there, fees for a lateral flow covid test, fees to have my gel nails removed on my hands and toes at their request, petrol cost and parking fees. No one called to rearrange at all. After 2 weeks of waiting I called and emailed so many times before being told the person ‘dealing with me’ was on annual leave so I have to wait util they are back off holiday. Even when they returned I had no call just an email which had ‘sorry your surgery was ‘canx’. They can’t even be bothered to type a full sentance. Still awaiting revision surgery confirmation. Very unprofessional. Anyone that looks into surgery knows it’s for very personal reasons.. my mental health has been terrible due to this company and what they have put me through. AVOID!

The worst clinic on earth

The worst clinic on earth. They waste your time so much. You pay them upfront and they tell you to be at clinic at 8am and they do not see you until 4pm. Avoid at any cost.

Recently started my journey to having…

Recently started my journey to having excess skin removed and they've treated me so well. My surgeon's assistant, Ashley, has been very helpful and answered all of my questions and keeps in constant contact with me. I can contact her at any time and she always responds quickly.

Transform lives have ruined my life and will not help ….. I only am asking for what I paid for
Ruined my breasts
He has left me feeling like a freak and has denied that he has anything to do with it , and it’s all my fault
I had to go in to hospital on a 5 day IV drip as my infection was so bad .
Apparently it was my fault !

I ask for an uplift with the same size implants and now I am saggy and severely scarred ,
He put the wrong stitches in which contributed to the infection
I had 2 holes slightly bigger than the size of a 50p on both breast .
I can go on about the mess
He is working for
Transforming lives who have also said I need revisions surgery but to get the result I need to pay an extra £3020

Fantastic experience pre-surgery

So far my experience with transform has been amazing. I was given a consultation the day after I phoned to inquire , with Sarah Shah. I was then given a surgery date within a month and a half of this! For the entire process Sarah has been incredibly helpful, answering any questions that I had and helping me fill in forms and replying to all my queries at any time. This support has made me feel a lot less worried about my procedure.All the staff at Fulham clinic have also been amazing. My surgery date is tomorrow and hopefully all goes well.Thank you to everyone.

Amazing service. I am due to have bariatric surgery in…

I am due to have bariatric surgery in February and feeling very excited. My coordinator Lisa Harrison, has been so supportive and professional. She has put me at ease and I feel ready to go ahead with this life changing plan. The video call with my surgeon answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Now looking forward to the having this done knowing I'm in safe hands.
