The start of the process was good thought my advisor was great after I while I felt it was hard to get through to her when needed and was getting less response. Phone calls for the pre op and with the surgeon was amazing, the nurse answered all my questions and also so did my surgeon Ben Khoda. The day of the surgery I was anxious again Ben Khoda assured me but wish I was able to talk to the Anaesthetic doctor for longer felt he was in a rush but did a good job putting me to sleep! After the surgery I had the most amazing nurse who offered me food and drink after also helped me to the toilet and was super kind, however came night time the service I received was appalling the nurse lost her patience as the general was wearing off I felt like I needed the toilet but couldn’t go ,she then said you will have to go yourself now so I had two drains and a drip to take the the toilet each time, the doctor refused to put me on the drip even though I was constantly throwing up and my pulse was low and in the end he decided the drip was best which is what I asked for in the first place. At one point I threw up on my bed and pressed the bell and the nurse took time to get to me at which point I was soaked in my vomit. After receiving the drip I was able to pass urine and eat and again as morning arrived I had the most amazing nurse. I wouldn’t say I had the best experience but the surgeon was amazing.

This was my first ever treatment and from the moment I walked in I felt at ease with the friendly front of house staff and the relaxing seated area. Sarah conducted my consultation in a professional informative way and made recommendations as to which treatments I would benefit from. I therefore proceeded with more than I initially meant to but I am absolutely delighted with the results. I feel a million dollars and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend Transform clinic to anyone looking for future treatments/procedures

After having a gastric band around three years ago I’ve been visiting the Jesmond clinic for my band fils and check ups since. I used to find them very daunting (especially when there’s a 5 inch needle going into your stomach) but can honestly say that appointments with Sharon became I thing I looked forward to the most. Never have a I had such a down to earth, straight talking nurse make me feel as comfortable as Sharon did every time. She talked me through everything at each app, makes me feel relaxed and most importantly done everything she could to make me a priority when I needed an aspiration one weekend. The clinic itself has a lovely, warm feeling to it and the receptionist on the front desk is lovely (not sure if her name but my apps are always a saturday if that helps). The clinic is so clean and fresh, it just makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. Gastric bands are very expensive so it’s certainly a decision You should think about long and carefully if you were contemplating it but know this, the favourite part of your weight loss journey will be your appointments with Sharon. Great nurse with a fab sense of humour whilst remaining professional at all times.

Came to Fulham Transform Clinic for my Surgeon appointment with Mr Agha & for my pre & post op appointments with Nurse Jessica who was lovely. I also met the clinic manager Micha who was amazing. Thanks you Fulham clinic - highly recommend

Having been a client of the hospital group/transform for 5 years now I have to say my aftercare following surgery has been fantastic.

Sharon in Newcastle branch is very down to earth and puts you at ease, I met her for the first time following having my little boy and was anxious about getting started again but she talked through my fears and helped me, even squeezing me in her busy schedule for an emergency appointment!

Honestly cannot recommend the staff at the Newcastle clinic enough and especially Sharon, she definitely goes the extra mile

I have been a client at the hospital group / transform for some years . I have in the last few years had the pleasure of knowing Sam the clinic manager . A beautiful lady both inside and out . She has the skill that puts you at ease with in minuets of being in her company and when considering a procedure . I’m so sorry to learn today that she is leaving the company . Sam will be greatly missed by the patients she’s cared for and I’m sure she’s left a little of herself with all who have met her .I’m sure she will be a huge loss to the company as a dedicated worker and as a person who cared who really cared for what people want and how they felt . The personal touch she gave will be there no longer

I am currently a client at transform in the fulham branch, I decided to get laser hair removal as my skin type is fair and i have dark hair and thought it would work best for me. The first few treatments i started to see great improvement and less hair regrowth! But coming to the end of my sessions i have noticed patches where have been missed that are alot coarser than other areas. I also have fine hairs scattered about, according to transform's information you should have complete hair reduction after 6-8 sessions. This isnt the case for me, which is quite annoying after paying a hefty cost! That would be the main reason i would rate 3 stars, i would also say the fulham branch is quite lapsy dasy, on two occasions i turnt up to an appointment and hadnt been booked in from previous appointments. Also on times where they remembered to book me in they were often really bad with time keeping. I found myself waiting for 20 minutes at a time! Overall anyone thinking of undergoing laser hair removal at Transform i would do your research before hand!!

Had an awful experience with this company and management didn't care less!
How they get away with it is beyond me! SHOCKING!
