Dont use this company, delete their app. Your money transfer won't be completed for several days if at all. It seems as though they're on their way out as a business. Make sure they're not holding your money when that happens. AVOID!

Have used Tranzfar monthly to send money to my aged father for years since they started operations and I have never had a complaint.

i challenged those who in the past posted positive reviews on this legalized scammers in the name of fintech to dare use their service once again and lets see if you would still come up with the same review....If you are in the diaspora run away from this company...dont learn in the hard way with 1.3m Naira like me please.

If you want an urgent swift transfer, kindly avoid this platform. Absolute shambolic poor service in view of competitors that are all on top of their games. Today is my last time of ever using this service because the disappointments and poor services have not been addressed and seems to get worse everyday.

As a new use I make two different transactions one was pending the other was under review , I call the customer service more than ten times but no solution to my account ,next thing that happens now I was unable to access my account again after complaining about my transaction to the support countless time , I think this people are Africans scammers

After 9days of transaction, receipt sent lots of calls and back and forth they said they are still waiting for their partner to confirm transaction. Their words are not straight forward in dealing with customers.

I made a transaction with the intention of paying my school fees. It is 6 days now I have not been credited and there is no reasonable explanation why I have not received my funds. I have provided every required information, contacted via mails and calls. It is more than 72 working hours. They clearly breached the terms.
