THIS MONEY TRANSFER COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. SINCE May 2024,i ordered a money transfer which was never processed. I contacted customer service and they started giving all sorts if excuses and assurances that the transaction order will be completed soon. Since then, they have been shafty, scamming and fraudulent manner. I requested a refund and again this did not happen. It is now December 2025,still nothing. They send bogus emails to arrange so-called telephone contact which never happens. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE GHANIAN AND NIGERIAN CRIMINAL SCAMMERS AND FRAUD STARS. THEY ARE USING LOOPHOLES IN THE SYSTEM TO DEFRAUD. THEY BUDE TIME HOPING CUSTOMERS WOULD BURNOUT OR EXPIRE THEY WILL SOON SEE...

STILL NO IMPROVEMENT

I have left multiple reviews on here. It has been more than a year since my money has been on hold. I have sent almost 25 emails asking for updates and I keep getting posted and lied to. I got a call from a so called owner saying that I was on their priority list for repayment. After that call came in, I waited for a month. I heard nothing. Now, my emails are not being answered. If they knew they were going to have issues then they should have communicated with us first before allowing us to give our hard earned money. I am fully convinced that Tranzfar is a fraudulent organization that preys on the backs of hardworking people. There is no shame and no words can describe my utter disgust for their unprofessionalism and blatant disregards for the customers that helped build their business.

Fraudulent company…

I placed s review last year and they are still holding on to my funds till today in 2025. This company has zero reputation and has refused to process a refund of £500. That transaction is more than a year old - 30/05/2024. All you get from them are robot like responses about how they will process it soon and that their director will call me. Tranzfar is fraudulent. I will comment as soon as they make my refund.

Been unable to make transactions for over a week because the bank’s OTP system is broken. Customer service gives copy-paste replies with no real solution. This is unacceptable. Fix this now!

Fraudulent Agent

This organisation is fraudulent. I initiated a transaction on the 12th of July 2024. Up till today the remittance has not been received by the beneficiary neither has any refund been made. There has been no email or text update either.
I have called several times, its the same standard answer from all their agents. As a matter of fact, I decided to write this review as I ended my latest call.

Why must Nigerians treat themselves this way? Have we lost all iota of integrity? Even outside the shores, there is no lesson learned from the commnunity we emmigrated to, how sad!

You are making your customer to bear the brunt of your operational failings. Future customers beware !!!

'Processing' Transaction since July

I made a money transfer transaction on July 10, 2024 with Transaction ID: 10128854632, which is still showing as "processing.”
I contacted their customer service team and was initially told it would be completed by the end of September. However, when I called again in early October, I was given the same response—that it was "nearly done."

Today is October 31, and when I try to reach customer service, an automated message says the number is temporarily unavailable.

Fraudulent Money Transfer Agent

My name is Abimbola Raheem and I sent £500 with transaction reference number 609918715 through Tranzfar to a beneficiary on 31/05/24. The money was not paid and yet to be refunded. There had been a numerous unfulfilled refund promises. It's apparent they are unreliable, fraudulent and deceitful. I will be contacting financial ombudsman to lodge my complaint. I will appreciate it if anyone could give a a useful ideas or suggestions on how to get my money back ASAP. Thanks

Poorest services

Very Poor Money sent since 30th of May was not transferred and not refunded with unkept promises of refunding the money several times. They are insensitive to the plight of the recipient who might need the money for either medical care or food , I have no doubt now to label their action as scam. I will now not hesitate to report them to the Financial regulator in order to get my money back

Tranzfar.com is a SCAM!

I contacted Tranzfar today asking about my £350 they have been holding since 5th July for failed transactions and the staff member I spoke to had no words to explain anything. He just kept repeating that they are working on it. How annoying! I left the conversation fuming and frustrated as they want us to feel. I have been in touch with the financial Ombudsman and they have written to Tranzfar to sort out my case within a time frame. Meanwhile, I am going to the Tranzfar office with the police to try to speed the process.

Please, please, this Company is a scam and fight, tooth and nail to get your money from them as they are hoping you will just disappear.
