Very smooth and instantaneous tranzfar from UK to a Nigeria based account. Saved lots of time at a time when my credit cards didn't work. Definitely worth downloading the app!

Tranzfar had a few issues with the conversion fee in pounds but I sent an email to them and they adjusted it to a very reasonable price within 2 weeks. I recently sent money on September 14th 2022 at about 12 AM to 12 30 AM. Money got to it's final destination to me within 5 minutes, it was so fast it scared me a bit. I guess that less people awake, so the network was not congested. Tranzfar should keep on monitoring the conversion rate to give their customers and themselves a fair price.
Overall I rate Tranzfar 4.5/5 stars. Well done Tranzfar Team.

My experience with TranzFar has been excellent, and most remittances are delivered within a couple of minutes. Unfortunately the network issues with Nigerian banks at the other end sometimes cause delays, but I’ve found the Tranzfar team to be helpful and responsive in helping to resolve when these happen. The reassuring thing is your money cannot be lost.

Do not use. I did a transfer since the 2nd of September today is the 6th and my transfer is still not remitted. They are not picking calls even though they claim to be 24hrs and not replying email either. Avoid like plague

I have used this app several times…
Appalling and a disgrace - I have used this app several times however I am disappointed with the services I received today. There was a family emergency and I transferred money for this emergency early this morning, my UK bank has been debited but the beneficiary account is yet to receive the funds. This is appalling and a disgrace! I called the customer service and was there was no one available to pick the call - unbelievable!! I will not be using this app again!!!

Delivery delays .
The app was fine, but they always delay the payment delivery to the recipient.
They said that weekend delivery takes upto 24 hours, but the don't deliver even after 24 hours.
I am saying goodbye to them.

I am not happy with the customer…
I am not happy with the customer service and with the system as a whole. Someone should be able to reverse/ cancel an order done by mistake within 2 minutes as my bank initially blocked the initial order/ bank card thinking it was a fraud site. Having done it the second time and now called my bank and passed the security checks before the 2 blocked transactions were released even though I only need one. I panic/ called the customer service as I have overdrawn and support. I call the customer service, and the lady said they can help, my bank said I should call tranzfar to reverse or give me their code to be able to reverse one transaction by my bank. That was my predicament and I was charged £10 for overdrawn daily until I get it sorted after 5 days.
