I am not totally satisfied with the…
I am not totally satisfied with the service though the transfer is promptly received in Nigeria within the space of 30 minutes maximum. When I send a specific amount, the recipient do not always receive the exact amount I specified, there is always a difference of + or - upto a maximum of 3 naira. I made over 5 complaints, got one call back, sent several emails with screenshots of amount specified in comparison to the amount received but it all fell on deaf ears. There are other apps and sites with better rates out there but I feel the process of transferring money via tranzfar is more secure. As outlined with my rating, I feel tranzfar is ok at 2 aspects of their service and very poor in vitally crucial areas that is responsible for your longevity. A word is enough for the wise.
