We had the problem with the supply meter not being read by our appointed team.
Aaron from CLA energy services listened to our needs and concerns.
He liaised with everyone and everything is now sorted.

Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare and i would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. they contacted me claiming they could find a better electricity deal for my shop but their tactics were deceptive and irresponsible from the start.i was upfront with them,explaining that i was already in a contract with another provider through bionic.despite this they convince to sign a letter of authority under the guise of providing a quote.what they failed to do was properly check my existing contractual obligations or even warn me about potential conflict with my auto-renewed contract. when ENGIE tried to take over my electric supply, it was blocked by bionic because of the auto-renewal. Insted of notifying me or resolving the issue they quietly waited and turned around and demanded £1055.29+VAT. To make matter worse,they handed the matter over to a collection agency pilling on even more stress. This company is unprofessional,unethical and completely lacks transparency.Their broker either don't know what they're doing or doing deliberately mislead customers.I feel scammed and betrayed by their shady practices, and i will never work with them again.Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time,money and peace of mind

We recently used Troocost through CLA Energy Services to renew a portfolio of business contracts. They were very helpful and presented the options clearly which made our decision much easier.
Since then we needed Troocosts assistance to resolve a meter issue with our supplier and Aaron Lee (Customer Experience Manager) was particularly helpful in coordinating and resolving despite the challenging circumstances.

Adam and Craig were both excellent in helping arrange our half hourly metered gas and electricity contracts. I wasn't familiar with this type of supply but they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail.

CLA Energy Services' Aaron Lee did a great job of ensuring we got our new electricity supply at the price agreed and on time. When there was a slight issue at one site he was quick to follow up and resolve it.

Very helpful and informative when looking at comparisons with Gavin Galloway. Easy change over as a CLA Energy services customer and Aaron Lee kept in touch to check the first bills from the new supplier were correct. Easy to call or direct email if any questions or need help.

I came across Troo from a cold call regarding changing utility suppliers. I was in the middle of looking for a new contract for our business Gas, Electric and Water services, they came along at the right time.
Gemma was my first contact and she came up with goods, keeping in touch with me all the way through the process - which at times was 'a bit of a trial' Obviously our suppliers didn't want us to leave so didn't exactly make it easy! However never daunted, Gemma got there in the end.
I was then passed to Marie in Admin and again the service was excellent.
I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

We went through Troo when we switched our deal to another provider. The switch was easy but we needed a metre upgrade because we intend to use solar on our site. We had a mountain of issues trying to get this sorted due to the type of metre we had but Mitchel at Troo Assure supported us through the whole process. Mitchel was the middle man between us and the supplier, he explained things clearly, he chased everything up and updated us regularly. It took several weeks for the upgrade to happen through no fault of Troo but we got there eventually. Mitchel has been a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend Troo to anyone looking to move provider.

I wish we had sought the advice of Troocost (via CLA Energy Services) before having our new electricity supply and meter installed.
The capacity on our new connection had been over-estimated resulting in sky-high bills. Gavin at Troocost helped us to reduce the capacity, set up supplier contracts and save money.
If we had involved Gavin at an earlier stage I believe we could have saved a lot of unnecessary expense.
