Buster loves his food. We even take a small bag on walks. He thinks it’s a special treat for being good. He has a sensitive stomach but doesn’t have problems any more. Excellent service.

Shocking service since December 2022, if you order online then it never comes , every month I've had to email asking where delivery is, get a different answer every time, which is normally out of stock, surely the system should stop you ordering if there's no stock, or even Trophy could let you know there a problem before you have to contact the. Been buying Trophy for 15 years, not sure if it's worth continuing. And to make the reviews high Matt of torbay gets 5* reviews every week, hopefully that's not the same Matt that reply to the negative feed back on here

We have been using Trophy Pet Food for about 3 years now and wouldn’t change.
Food always delivered when I need it, so we aren’t over run with lots of food. Treats are good value and have a higher nutritional value than other makes.
Yogi is always happy to see Matt and eagerly waits a treat every time.

Matt is amazing. He’s so knowledgeable and helpful, fantastic with our nervous dogs too! Highly recommend! Our dogs always struggled with bad tummies and Matt took the time to sample different foods, talk us through what would be best and the ideal portions etc and we’ve not had any issues since- incredible!
