1. Steak size inconsistency
2. Pork joint very fatty.
3. Sausages adequate, but not great

Tuckers have replied saying they can’t link my review to an order, the implication being that I’ve made this up. Some effort on their part to track down the order, would have been appreciated.

Have bought beef joints on several prior occasions. This Christmas a sirloin joint, cooked with meat thermometer to correct temp but unfortunately the meat was chewy and not succulent - disappointing.

This family run business is supplied by organic gower based farmer so the lamb is slat marsh’s fed and the pork and beef are the most tasty prime meat I have tased . Ordering was so easy and for 3.8kg rib of beef 3Kg pork rib joint tomahawk steak, pork belly whole chicken, two guards of honor lamb and turkey crown £230 - such value

Ordered ahead everything was packed and ready to go for collection. Meat looks great I can't wait for all the Christmas cooking.

The salt marsh lamb is excellent been a customer for a few years and ex Welsh Pat living in England Welsh lamb in my opinion is the best and just to up its game salt marsh ticks that box

I contacted Tuckers for advice ahead of making a purchase as I was not entirely certain which cut to purchase but I was reassured by their response which confirmed that I had chosen a good cut for my needs and also offered an alternative.
I placed my order through click and collect as I don’t live locally. When I visited the shop to collect my order they were very friendly, my order was ready for collection and the whole operation was very smooth.
The salt marsh lamb was tender and delicious - the star meal of our week long holiday in Gower.
