i just took delivery of 5 roller blinds,and im delighted at the service i recieved from paul, i rang in before ordering on line, the excellent quality of the blinds and the communication and delivery of the blinds, the prices were also very good.
so yes im happy and truly delighted.i have nothing to do with the company i just want honest service and value for money.
Oh and someone at the end of the phone to talk too.

My verticals blinds arrived today, amazing quality at a relatively low cost and so simple to install. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and a brilliant solution for anybody looking to replace their existing blinds.

I ordered replacement slats for my vertical blinds online from Tudor. It stated on the website that due to Covid to allow 14 days for delivery. I had a query about measurements that was answered quickly so I placed the order. Price was excellent so I ordered slats for an additional window too. Got an email to say blinds were on their way and they duly arrived as promised. Quality is excellent and they look great on the windows. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

poor service they didn’t send my samples i had to keep ringing the the blinds took ages to come no email to let me no i had to ring again the blinds are nice but an inch short i couldn’t be bothered to ring again so if you don’t mind waiting and ringing then there good value for money

Poor Service, ordered samples that didn’t arrive it took 2 phone calls before samples were sent two weeks later. Ordered blinds spoke to John twice, took my order of the phone and deducted my money no order confirmation for 3 days after 2 phone calls. Promised blinds in 2 weeks due to the delay in samples, called Thursday 9th September who advised there was a wee delay with materials but the order would be despatched that day. received nothing today Monday 14th September and again spoke to Barry who acted as if we didn’t have a conversation last Thursday to be told my order was delayed because of issues with materials. This company is unprofessional and has an extreme lack of customer service. I would not use and never recommend this company.

Held my money for over 1 month, no updates, string me along whenever I call them, saying it will be posted, but it never came. I have asked for a refund.. If I don,t get it withing 7 days, then, I will raise a case for suspected fraud.

I would have given 5 stars but after having to phone to complain that the blinds hadn't arrived after 4 weeks , Barry offered me an upgrade as my choice of pattern was no longer available & these arrived in 5 days . Brilliant service in the end & blinds look absolutely wonderful. Suggested that if there are any problems the company should be upfront & honest to their customers so things could be sorted out from the beginning.

Ordered replacement vanes for vertical blind, saved a lot as I didn’t need tracks as mine were perfect. Great service, Great price, great selection and delivery was faster than I expected during Covid. Very easy to retro fit vanes even though my tracks weren’t from this company. The company I bought my vertical blind from originally didn’t offer replacement vanes service so was really pleased Tudor Blinds offer this service and the replacements were compatible.
Very happy customer and would highly recommend Tudor Blinds.

Ordered a blind on 14th July still not received it after email promises that it had been sent out. Wouldnt buy from them again.

Telephoned this company to request a sample which they promised to send. After 5 days sample had not arrived so phoned them again, another promise, after another 5 days still no sample. Phoned them a third time explaining I still haven’t received the sample with their promise to send yet another. Over two weeks later
Nothing. How would it give you any faith in ordering a product. I for one will give them a miss.

Ordered new slats for my vertical blinds. Tried a deeper colour as been used to cream for 20 or so years and thought this was cheaper way to see if I liked it. I am really happy with my choice , the slats are perfect , exact measurement , well stitched . Dealt with Paul by email , always replied to e mails and queries , really could not fault this company and at £102 for two lots of slats fitting a patio door and a large bay window , what’s not to like ?

I ordered during covid and i know they’ve had delays, saw these reviews lately and got scared about my purchase but when i called on a monday morning i got a prompt answer and within 2 mins my inquiry was answered and after ordering 3 weeks ago got my blinds and i love them! Thank you for the great blinds though the purchase confirmation wasnt as i thought its still great quality for the price and honest hardworkers. Appreciate it!

I expected to wait a while due to a covid-19 backlog as stated on the website but delivery of my replacement vertical slats took nearly 4 weeks from ordering. There was no communication after receiving an order confirmation email and 2 emails that I sent went unanswered. After calling them on Monday however to ask where my order was, I was promised a call back that never came but I received a dispatch email that evening to say the blinds had been shipped. My order was delivered this morning and so far I'm pleased with the blinds, although I'm a little disappointed to see that the top hangers and weights have been 'heat sealed' rather than sewn in. It looks neat, but I hope they last the test of time (I wanted sealed in weights without chains as I have a large dog and need them to be pet friendly) . The measurements are spot on and the quality of the material seems good.
Just a shame that there was a lack of communication.

Ordered blinds over 3 months ago. Called 3 weeks ago and they said they had forgotten to make them as it was a phone order and they would make them that day! Still no blinds called this morning not answering phone! Not impressed!

Ordered replacement vertical blind strips for 2 large windows. Very reasonably priced. Previously had a chain on the bottom and over time the weight kept falling out and the chain would come loose and looked messy and was a pain. For £1.19 for 2 metre length and a chainless weight per strip I am more than satisfied. Ordered charcoal colour. The colour is more of a blue/grey than darker grey, but I am still happy with them. Ordered on 19th June. Expected a delay (the website does say there is a delay and they are coming from Ireland - and we are in the middle of a pandemic!) so arriving on 13th July was fine for me. Recommended family order from Tudor too and will return for future purchases.

Great service. Reasonable prices and I'm very happy with quality. Replacement slats purchased for full house . Will recommend and order again.

Ordered vertical blind replacement slats on 9th June 2020 - Accepted it may take up to 14 days for delivery yet some 30 days later and despite at least two promises of the goods en route, still no goods and unable to get any sense from this company. I am aware that things are unusually difficult at this time and that my order is quite small. Nevertheless I would expect to receive goods for which I have paid.

Absolutely delighted with my roller blinds, ordered two different sizes for the kitchen windows and not only do they fit perfectly but the quality is outstanding for the price. I have now ordered another one for my bathroom. I did wait almost thee weeks for delivery due to current situation but when I called to enquire how much longer my order would be I was Immediately reassured and they arrived within the advised timescale, highly recommend this company.
