Tudor Blinds Avis 

The first time I didn't receive any update on my order, so I was a bit worried it didn't go through, even if the money was taken from my card. When I sent an email asking for help, the support was friendly and very quick to reply.
I did a second order too, and everything went smoothly (one of my choices was discontinued, so I have been offered a suitable alternative).
The material is good, the style and the colour too. Great customer service, helpful and friendly.
I would definetely recommend.

We ordered a replacement rail for our vertical blinds. Paul picked up my measuring mistake and saved us further expense. Arrived in record time and well packed. Took seconds to install and fits like a glove into our recess window. Highly recommend. Thankyou

Ordered up replacement slats measured fabric to fabric as required when they come they was too short got in touch with Paul he said you got what you ordered.
Obviously not as I posted pictures to back up my claim but he insisted he was right but the tape measure was wrong so no would not recommend...

Our cat or something else made our blind rail jam, Paul at Tudor Blinds made us a new bespoke blind rail a good fit and sent it to us by DPD courier.

first used Tudor blinds for replacement vertical slats in 2019 ..the Mrs decided for all new roller blinds last month and i searched my old emails and so glad i did....excellent selection off all kinds of blinds and very good on the price...delivery was fast within 10 days from ordering which is good for hand made to order and dispatch to the UK ... quality materials used as well highly recommended company

Superb! Received my 4x skylight blinds today. 3 different sizes across the 4 skylights all absolutely perfect in size and fitting (two brands of skylight velux & roto) . I installed all 4 as per clear instructions in 15 minutes.

Ordering was easy and delivery in specified timeframe. They answered one query I had via email (pre delivery and after order) quickly and same day.

Really pleased with the quality of product and service.

Just received door and window blinds. Look and feel good quality, well packaged. Measurements exactly as ordered. Better price than some others. Reserving one star to see how they are performing after a couple of months

I have given 2 stars because when the blind head rails arrived they looked nice, exactly how they were pictured on the website and I would definitely order the exact same design again, just not from tudor blinds.

Simply put the measurements were wrong. I ordered exact measurement and received the wrong measurement. I suspect what has happened is that they were cut to size as if a tolerance was needed. Exact size should be exact size not exact size minus 2 cm's.

1 star for the product and 1 star because I haven't contacted tudor blinds to rectify it. I just can't be bothered, it's becoming the norm that companies are churning out products with little to no quality control. I'll go local and stand over there shoulder and watch them make my purchase.

Placed an order for replacement Blind vanes, they took a little longer than expected but an email to them was answered quickly explaining stock took longer to arrive, which I understand with them being based in Northern Ireland.
Once they were shipped they took a couple of days to arrive and was packaged good.
They actually look better than the sample I had shown to my Mother, came with everything needed to hang them and all were wrapped up well.
The material looks and feel good quality and they have brightened my Mums windows up, she loves them.
The only problem I had was the way they was labelled up, I had 6 packages, it would of been nice if they were labelled with the vane sizes, instead of just 20/21/25 and so on.
The price was good and the communication from Paul was always quick.
I would use Tudor Blinds again.

Saved me a clean fortune by buying direct from tudor and not my local blind companies, also cheapest online, delivered within the week, fitted and look the part for a fraction of qhat i was being quoted, highly recommended

Just received the new Alessi Stone replacement slats, weight & chains. Great product, well wrapped & so easy to fit. Brilliant website to use, would highly recommend & I have used them before, carry on the great service.

Great product, Great value. Bought a vertical blind 7 days ago, no additional questions, queries or problems and delivered on time. So easy to fit, the product looks great and no problems with size as it actually measures what I asked for and all for £116.00 including colour coordinated rail, Louvres, beads, hooks and weights. First of all I went to Blinds Direct and I now have 2 x sets of blinds in my spare room in their boxes because they were cut too short twice!! and it cost £170.00 each for the privilege and they weren’t colour coordinated with standard white rail!! Absolute amateurs and daylight robbery compared to Tudor Blinds. I would highly recommend and I will be using again.

My blinds have arrived in just over a week and are nicely made. Very good price for a large set of "linen effect" vertical replacement slats.

Excellent service, quality product, affordable prices. Placed order on Sunday, blinds arrived the following Friday. Would recommend this company as a place to order your blinds. DON'T believe the negative reviews!!!
