Tusla social workers change details and scores on risk assessments in order to avoid taking on difficult child abusers. This puts children at significant risk.

My kids got abused in school by principal and year head and management, all 4 kids are excellent academics and behavioural but because I stood up to principal when my daughter got bullied the principal didn’t like it. Removed illegally my kids from school. Went to ask help from tusla was told Tusla only acts against parents not teachers. How unfair is that??? Teachers can abuse, scream at my kids and tusla does nothing. Why aren’t they concerned with children s safety than???

Where do I start ?? Attended for counseling after being sexually abused and they only made things worse with my mental health for me! They’re not psychologists yet will act like ones and give you counseling for as long as you need even tho they are doing more harm than good! Absolute bllsht and when asked for a letter literally just to confirm I’ve attended - they rang me with questions about my past bringing up the sexual abuse and names of abuser and all ? It made me very upset and at the end said they can’t provide me with a letter of confirmation that I’ve attended the Centre. So what the hell was I there for ? Literally to fck my head up for free counseling and now having to pay big money for counseling after getting fckd up by these lot for years! Pay for a good psychologists and never go to these they will mess you up even more than you think ! Steer clear helping people ?? More like fkn them up even more ! Asking for a letter of confirmation that they apparently can’t give ? Stupidity at its finest!

Absolutely ridiculous system. Not doing what they say they will. Giving reccomendations for children to be removed from unfit parents and not following up on them. Promises left right and centre with no follow through. Children and families left to rot in the hole of a system. Children's futures ruined disgusting behaviour

Treated like absolute dirt went to get help with post natal.depression already suffered with depression and tulsa got called I raised my daughter for 8 months alone but then daddy comes along I handed her over while I get better....ne er a hair harmed on her head but they want safety people with me 3 times a week for 4 hours and for them to drop her back to her das with me...I keep telling him there is no one

Tusla or Meath Tusla in particular are an absolute joke of an organisation and a waste of taxpayers money,there needs to be a independent enquiry into the affairs that Tusla conduct and the people who work for them especially in meath/kells/navan in the Tusla office would want to be monitored as some of them haven't a clue and are a risk to children.Ive 1 daughter that lives with me who is 11 and my other daughter is living around kells she is 7 in August,she attends Orinstown national school,Currently I'm unsure if my daughter is alive or dead,I've rang the social services to enquire about my daughter Ava and they are useless,I've stressed that child alienation is child abuse as Ava isn't being allowed to see her sister kayla and hasn't seen her in over 1 year and only 13 hours in 2 years,that was in Springboard facilities in navan this was organised by her mother to prevent my daughter from telling the truth. I've tried to explain to Tusla staff that child alienation is child abuse and Parental Alienation is child abuse and my daughter Ava is going through child abuse yet they are doing nothing. Meath Social services are a complete waste of tax payers money and children are in extreme danger if Tusla Meath are investigating as children will be the least of their worries and they will try to cover up their mistakes

Tusla seriously lack any cop on whatsoever. They received false reports About me, which I understand they need to look into. But I was blamed of being on all sorts of drugs and I rarely even take a pain killer. Tusla brought me to court to try put my son into care. I could prove I wasnt on drugs yet they wouldn't listen. On the 4th month in court they got granted a care order. I didn't even make it home and they was ringing me to tell me theyll come see me and make a deal and they won't take my son. So within minutes I was suddenly good enough to be a mother. It was an evil thing to do

As a company which claims they "help children", I find it an absolute joke that, in my experience, they don't even listen to the child in question. My mother is bipolar, and was going in and out of the mental hospital at the time. She told them that I was angry and aggressive, when I wasn't acting anything even like it. Few weeks pass, we're sitting in the building talking with workers from Tusla. They ask me a few questions and I tell them multiple times I don't want any sessions because I don't think I need them, yet they keep pushing. When they asked me a question asking if I cut myself, I told them no, yet because I have eye bags and long hair I was responded to with "Are you sure~?". Absolute joke. Never take your children here ever

Well what's to say apart from there only real reason is children trafficking. Solicitors barristers judges are all on there pay roll.
Will brake up family's without any remorse . Will cover up sexual abuse claims while children are in care and also have the guards helping them . Thank god for a whistle blower garda whom wrote to me saying that this did happen and now have evidence to prove it and that protocols were not followed and allowed this to be brushed under the carpet. Unregulated court appointment children's guardians that is only what the judges want there opinions from so who is the real judge the one in the black robe or the guardian. And as to why a court a pointed guardian needs a solicitor should tell you all you need to know about how corrupt the system is . . Tulsa have failed the children time and time again and court guardians have failed over and over again. To be honest I don't know how's more to blame as if we actually have solicitors that up held the laws then would tulsa actually carry on with what there at .????

Tulsa do not follow court orders as they know they have the universal excuse as the best interests of the child but one must question is this justification from removing all the children's constitutional and European rights to family..

We know judges can sniff the crap from tulsa but don't mention things in court in the hopes that nothing will ever be brought up.

And just so folks are clear iam the father of 5 of my own children and 3 other children from my partner and tulsa fully approved me full custody of 3 out of my 5 children to which were under no care order as the mother allowed drugs into her home which resulted in a death in the house . Tulsa did not advise nor take heed on the condition of the house prior to the children being returned to her to which there were electrical cables handed from the wall onto the children's bed and no instructions to install a medication lock box as she was on medication the hole house wasn't fit for a animal but yet court guardian and tulsa approved this move and instructions were to keep the dad away as dad had not seen them in a year due to covid and issues with tulsa.

Now this mother has since had a baby and for reasons unknown to me is allowed to keep the child which is baffling. Iam sure the guards would of put in reports information tulsa that the mother did not inform anyone of the minor girl upstairs in serious need of medical attention and she knew about this but failed to come forward and only for a cat moved upstairs that aleart garda on presents of something upstairs then there could of been yet another fatal.

As for family law court judges that we have been hearing about to start doing children's laws . This is something iam yet to see as there completely biased to fake tulsa reports and reports from other non experts and to make things worse using reports from other people files so how professional is this .

I don't think there will ever be a end to how the state handles children life's when they just don't Care really

All these words and big words are lovely but never put in practice as the spotlight never shines on them long enough for the general public to take notice.

So now until I actually find a solicitor to start proceedings against these professionals for misconduct I don't think naming them is in my best interests but I feel that this may be the only way of having the hole family reunited as going to the family court is a complete was of time protected by the in camera rule to which brings up other subjects of how that's one sided too as solicitor can send out care orders in std post to houses that they were fully aware that weren't lived in for a year and allow current occupied tenants to know and court guardians talking about cases to people not included in cases.

They are appalling to the point where you ask for help they arrange meetings and take the law in their own hands, I’ve been estranged from my children for almost a year and they are happy to leave 3 children with a father who I contested so many times is mentally and physically abusive.
Trying to leave a complaint with them is forbidden they website conveniently crashes! Mike McGuire and Veronica beyond appalling should be ashamed off themselves

▪︎ They are a service that cannot be trusted. I'll give a little insight to my situation,
The corrupt fools working at Tusla do not help families in any way, they actually break them apart even more. (They get money for 1 star reviews???)
I had counselling/have-a-chit-chat with someone service offered to me. I was told that they do not report nor are they affiliated in any with Tusla. Soon I learned the opposite after they began giving me more personal questions, and paperwork. After I answered just a few questions and gave them a little info on the past, they had told me they have to report this to Tusla. Even though they clearly stated that they are not affiliated nor reporting to Tusla. Breach of privacy. What the fvck is everyone paying towards? Is this what our taxes are going towards?

▪︎ They are a corrupt service and do not help at all, they specifically work for money and to fill paperwork. They do not care about your living situation and whatnot.

▪︎ They send mole rats to get information out of you.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!

I'm actually shocked and discusted at how corrupt and badly run this place is!
As a father in Ireland whos best interest is for his son has brought up numerous incidents involving neglect and abuse of a child has recieved nó help I have never felt so neglected and pushed aside in my life.
They basically allow alcoholics and people who are on drugs to take care of kids because they are too lazy or not interested in doing there jobs or have no actual empathy to see that there are kids in situations and these cases are being closed because they mother/father has a support system or a family who can take the child while the parent is out of there minds and can't care for their own child.
I have never felt so let down by a company who in my opinion don't care for children's wellbeing just the paycheck .

All they do is destroy families no wonder people are killing themselves all over them.

I don’t feel they rate even 1 star, so unhelpful, I find dealing with Tusla a nightmare, they always feel slightly threatening, I certainly have no trust in them.. I agree with the person who said he finds them sinister…

Extremely unprofessional, COMPLETELY LIED about my mother, and trying to send me away. social workers don't care about my or my families mental health. only the shape the house is in. saying my mental illness is caused by my house. Putting opinions on my mental health triggers me. Tearing my family apart. Must I add that my therapy was given to me by my mother. Tusla has not helped anyone.
