Ireland's latest attack on vulnerable children.

There is no actual proper support you nearly feel left there on your own and worse if your child is involved no help what so ever feels like your almost fighting thing against them they need to have some sympathy and humanity

They take no responsibility & leave child welfare issues regarding psychiatric problems to be dealt with parents without professional support

total dysfunctional organisation.
they destroy families&childrens futures.they are a law unto themselves, doing whatever they want.they hide behind closed doors in court.they treat you way worse than a convicted criminal.the media needs to open up this organisation&shut it down.let the irish people see how this organisation is costing the taxpayer hundreds of millions of euros a year to fund.
stop them before another family is destroyed by them.shame on the government for not stopping them.

I've had tusla involved in my family for over a year, after my wife called the gardai claiming I was abusive. Tusla fueled the problems between my wife and I. They advised my wife not to speak to me and to bar me from my children and our home, told her I was manipulative and advised her to file Barring Order, protection order etc. With no proof. While she was and still is dealing with alcohol problems.
It is predominantly women and are biased against the father. The appear to have no interest in finding out the truth or helping us. They define our family unit as 3 people, my 2 children and my wife. They say the children are "not at risk of serious harm" when they discovered many times that my wife hits and shouts at our children since they were called. They made our situation far worse. Even my wife agrees with that.
All complaints are reviewed by tusla itself so naturally go nowhere.
My advise if they contact you, say nothing to them apart from leave me alone.

Tusla removed my child after i spent €15.000 for egg donation treatment because a family member did not agree with this treatment so they informed Tusla.
7 years later my child is in care. Before that i was a student studying computer science. Now i have nothing all courts will side with Tusla as you fight a state organisation with a state organisation the judiciary.
Ireland at its's finest again.

Tulsa is not for for perpose, its depressing how bad this service is, when children are at risk. They treat the service basically as a back up to the Guards, and the Guards pass the buck back to Tusla... ultimately no one is taking responsibility for the welfare of children, As Tusla was set up specifically stop abuse of children, and given the powers to operate under this remit, majority of the case officers are not qualified to hold such an important position, and stuff are frequently leave their post with no apparent reason given.
They operate under a cloud of silence and often seem to just not care about something that is of the up most urgency. It sadness me to think of all the childrens lives that will be affected by this and how we have let them down, no doubt there will be an official inquiry or report down the line into the failure of Tusla and olny then will we see the depth of the destruction that this body has been a party to.. God speed to all its victims 🙏

I have been involved with tusla when I was 15 and had my daughter. All they did was Try and separate me and my child's father, would say he is a threat and wouldn't let child see her dad, while they had no evidence. My kid was sick and instead of helping me and being a support, they tried to say I was a bad mother and not taking acre if my kid, despite them having no evidence of such and I was always by my child. The amount of health problems I have due to the amount of stress they put me through. They don't care about kids other than destroying families.

Horrible organisation.. home wreckers.. have no empathy whatsoever.. heartless people

Tusla routinely encourage and facilitate Parental Alienation. I have also suffered gender and ethnic discrimination from them, which are criminal acts according to The Constitution and ECHR.
I would encourage people who are victims of these illegal practices to make a statement to the Gardai, and institute litigation against the individual Tusla member, and the organisation of Tusla as a whole

I have unfortunately been involved with tusla for over five years I have to say I am lost for words as to how corrupt they are. In my 30 year plus experience of working in the health care sector I have never come across An organisation as devious as them. Believe me I can honest say they have no empathy,unsupportive of their foster carers and walk all over people and children in care.
My advice to anyone thinking of becoming a foster carer is go with a private fostering arrangement. Stay clear of Tusla
Bernard Gloster CEO should be made aware of the devastion Tusla can cause to innocent people. I fully understand children have to be protected but Tusla have absolutely no regard or couldn't care less about childten especially children with an intellectual disability. There work is to tick a box. Put the child in residential care to avoid having to go out of their way to support the placement. In fact they will go to any lengths even to sabotage the character of carers and will make allegations against carers without proof.

Horrible organisation with no grip on reality. Prone to 'easy' manipulation by inventors of false child abuse. First step? Remove the accused from the children's lives without any hesitation or without any basis of evidence or proof. That separation can last years while the accused clears their name. In the meantime no support provided to the children?? A shameful organisation on a par with the Magdalene Laundries or the Catholic Church while they covered up known cases of CSA. One Day

In my dealings with tusla I found them unhelpful and slow to uinform me of any updates with my complaint, my phone calls and emails were ignored dispite I needing to contact the garda over concerns that I have for my children, a complete complete waste iof time, uncaring and unprofessional.

Tulsa is very bad in this country I'm facing lot of problem with them since over 2 years my two children is suffering they put my two children in a risk where is a father abuse a child sexual abused strangling their neck beating a child and who's that covering their own back they didn't came to the code they refuse you put section 20 and they refuse to come under purpose allegation to me and I'm just requesting by the government remove this agency in this country if they not remove these people Tulsa lot of mother was suffering lot of child will be suffer and some child will be killed that child in risk a lot they don't have any good life

Tusla the child and family agency in Ireland are trafficking children through the Irish courts. Im fighting 6 year's for my son jailed 6 times for speaking out

For a organization funded by our government and gets more funding from philanthropists societies it does nothing but leads to suicides and mental illness. For a agency that call it self the Child and Family agency it is nothing but a forced adoption organization that has done more harm to children and parents then what any war or disease has.

Tusla has no accountability nor has it any watchdog. No minister can do any thing because they tell you their hands are tied which is baffling the Child and family agency is a false title because the family part do not exist. They have a very deep treasure chest that no parent can match in any corrupt child (family) court in Ireland.there a disgrace to Ireland and a disgrace to children and parents it should be ridden of.
