Excellent service - highly recommended
I have purchased clothes from Twicely on several occasions and have been delighted with everything I've ordered. My most recent purchase was a jacket which arrived very quickly and was in immaculate condition - in fact it looked brand new.
I have contacted customer services on several occasions and have found them to be very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
I've recommended the company to friends and will certainly be back soon to make more purchases.

Fantastic from start to finish ! Where have you been all my life !
I had a wardrobe full of unwanted clothes, some worn, some waiting to be worn, some I was never going to wear. I didn't know what to do with them. I rang Twicely and a very helpful gentleman talked me through exactly what I could send, which brands etc and what to expect payment and time wise.
I requested a Twicely bag which came very quickly and deposited said clothes. I dropped it at my local collect + store and that was it.
In a matter of weeks I had a very reasonable payment deposited into my PayPal account.
It was so simple, I'm just gutted about all the clothes I have either thrown or given away in the past.
I don't have the time or the inclination to sell them myself on auction sites, so this is just perfect.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Lovely, helpful staff and quick payment.
Their site has some beautiful clothes too so I might be spending some of my earnings on some lovely new clothes!
