Wrong tyre was sent out with the mobile tyre fitter, thankfully he saw this and did not fit it, wanted to charge me another £150 on top of my original price for the tyres I wanted in the first place! This company will do anything for a sale! Stay well clear of them!

Good tyres and reasonable prices
Good tyres and reasonable prices. However, the mobile fitting service was a real let down. The fitter turned without calling me when I specifically requested to be called 30 mins before attending. He then put the locking wheel nut on the windscreen and removed the wheel and rested it against my bodywork (£20,000 car) without any care or consideration for any damage to my paintwork. He disposed of his latex gloves by throwing them on the driveway. Other then the poor fitting service I am happy with the tyres and they are good value for money.

Can't do work at the appointment time
Why do you offer an appointment time when your fitters can't meet it? I arrived at he appointment time to be told to leave the car and come back in two hours! I know how long it takes to change a tyre, 15 mins max. For the wheel alignment check probably about 30 mins. The whole job could have easily been down within an hour which I wouldn't have minded waiting but 2 hours is ridiculous given that I had travelled 15 miles then had to hang around for all that time. I won't be using Tyreshopper again and wouldn't recommend them.

Tyres not delivered to meet the order.
Tyre booking was straightforward, however when I took my car to the Autocentre to get them fitted at the booked time, the tyres had not arrived and the centre could not tell me when they would come in.

Dreadful service
Ordered a tyre and booked a home fitting online. Even though tyre was shown as available on the website, it turns out that the tyre wasn’t actually in stock (so offered an alternative).
Then mobile fitter failed to turn up - no phone call or message sent either. So now MOT I’ve already booked in two days’ time will have to be rescheduled due to worn tyre not being replaced.
Won’t be using this website ever again and would strongly advise that you avoid them too. A joke operation.
