Great prices and local fitting at National Tyres, all round great service at the best price!

The whole process was very easy, all went smoothly, I allways use Tyre Shopper for their convenient service.

Ordered two tyres online at good price and was offered home fitting service which suited me fine. Fitter phoned to say he was on the way and turned up within the promised time frame. Fitter was very efficient and found the wheel nut key, which I did not know was there, with no fuss or bother. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Easy & speedy service. Price was very good, so I will be checking again when needed.

QUick, easy and competative price

Cant fault tyre shopper but...arriving 15 minutes early for my 4.30 booked appointment I left the fitting station 2 HOURS LATER having only 2 tyre,s changed.

After a bit of a disastrous booking, the company redeemed itself with a call from a manager and a goodwill gesture. This was followed up by the same manager making sure all had been received and was OK.
Where as the original booking was problematic, they did follow up my concerns and issues and were very considerate and helpful.

Always cheaper than competitors and the process is slick

Booked in, arrived to have my tyres replaced, job carried out with no fuss and in a professional manner. Excellent.

I booked my car in for two new tyres and tracking to be carried out. Arrived at the fitting centre in Macclesfield at correct time and told would take about one hour. As it was a nice day I waited adjacent to the centre as I had other things to do today and wanted to pick it up as soon as ready.

The tyre fitter saw me when completed the work and told me I could take the car. I queried that the tracking had not been done and was advised the machine was inoperative and would have to bring back at a later date.

I have issues relating to this.

1) Being told the car was done and nobly being advised after I asked relating to the tracking. If I had not queried it I would have driven off none the wiser.

2) If I had not waited then I would have assumed on my return that all the work had been carried out and again none the wiser and paid for something that was not provided.

I have received an electronic receipt which states tracking completed.

I paid for this work online before attending the tyre centre so currently out of pocket. Contacted This company but still waiting comment or refund.

Very poor service and response times and will certainly think twice about using this Company again

Very easy to order and book fitting

Orderd tyres for a Renault Clio on Saturday for fitting Sunday. Not open Sunday so re arranged for Monday, at agreed time. Left vehicle for an hour only later to be told they had been sent the wrong size tyres. Arranged for fitting Tuesday Morning at 10am. Guess what? Went only to be told tyres not arrived will call later in day to fit when arrived. Guess What. Call don't have those tyres, will get alternatives and call you tomorrow Wednesday. Now 3pm on Wednesday still no call No TYRES. P Poor service and customer service. Will never recommend the company to anyone. Now trying to get a refund. Only put 1 star because I had to leave a review I would not give it any.

Very good experience again from staff and quality of work. Excellent informative information given and will continue to use this garage one of the best in Burnley.

I booked tyre with £20 extra for same day fitting on Monday at Halfords rugby they contacted me said it wasn’t arriving till Tuesday ok fine now they called can’t track tyre I’m not from rugby so very inconvenient for me cancelled order to be told refund may take 7 days ridiculous
