Well like many others I ordered this item and then read the online reviews and was highly nervous. I sent a messege on the online contact form to cancel then changed my mind and decided to give it a go. Tracking details were given promptly, however the courier stated was dpd and when I input these details into the website it came as no details found. Ten minutes ago a knock on the door and the tyre is here!!!! APC not DPD is the courier. Delighted as the order made on the 7th and delivered on the 9th. That is great. Not sure about all the negative reviews but they have been great in my opinion. Thanks for your business

Absolute joke, tried to cancel my order as the company they say are fitting them no longer in business, tried phoning, WhatsApp emailing them all day not one reply back wish I had looked on here first,
My advice, avoid this company

Please and please, avoid this scrap tyres company they are very unprofessional and don't care about your request. I ordered 2 tyres and 5 minutes later of seen there review i decided to cancel the order straight away. Now I have been chasing them to issue a refund but no one care to do my want at the moment.

Ordered tyres 14 Jan 25 with an expected delivery time of 3 - 5 working days, tyres only delivered 05 Feb 25!!! Tyres left sitting in Germany 21 Jan 25 and only moved on with my intervention. Completely unacceptable performance by this vendor.

Don't know where these reviews have come from I have ordered 2 x tyres on Monday , delivered Wednesday excellent service . I will now be using tis company again after my previous company let me down.

Received my tyres from Spain to Ireland in 5 days, Best price online with free shipping tracked and delivered by Dpd. Tyres e marked with manufacture date 2024.Cant complain, would do business again.

Tyres came one week after placing order. All good. Happy with purchase. Thanks

They were cheapest online, free delivery included. Tyres came 1 week after placing order roughly. They emailed me back when I enquired. I read lots of negative reviews after placing the order and was worried if they would come at all but they did. So all good.

They won't cancel or even reply to emails.

You won't be able to call anyone either.

Stay away.

Pneus are a Dutch based company which, in my experience should be avoided, certainly by UK based customers because communication is problematic. An order was placed for 4 Michelin Tyres for delivery and fitting at a centre some 10 miles from home. (The nearest of fitting centre nominated via Pneus). A price for fitting of £10 + VAT was quoted, which was allegedly deducted from the cost of the tyres but payment would have to be paid to the fitter. Unfortunately the wrong size tyres were ordered (the car to which the tyres were to be fitted has different sizes front to rear which is where the confusion lay.) The mistake was recognised within 12 hours and the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by Pneus via email. Contact was made with the fitting centre who advised that the tyres had not been received. The Pneus site advises that instruction should be given to the fitters not to accept tyres and instruct their return with the courier. As way of reassurance contact was made with Pneus customer service (eventually) the following day with a view to confirming cancellation and to arrange reimbursement. At which point we were advised there was no record of the cancellation request and the tyres had been despatched and delivered. A physical visit was then made to the fitting centre who checked stock and eventually found the tyres. It was explained that Pneus, unlike other companies did not give any warning tyres were to be delivered for fitting (other companies would forward and email) and come sometimes sit for days or even weeks waiting for customers to turn up. They also pointed out the fitting cost was near £20 per tyre not £12 as stated by Pneus. They were not complimentary about Pneus. After several email conversation with Pneus Customer Service, Gabriel, who I should add was very helpful and understanding, the tyres were collected. It took approximately 10 days to get any refund although £76 was deducted for delivery charges!! Not a pleasant experience and one I shall not repeat with Pneus.

Very poor communication with customer service, 2 tyres bought together, however sent in 2 parcels, therefore on return attempt there was double charge. Specified delivery time 3-5 working days, arrived after 10 days.

I ordered five tyres for a morris minor on the 22nd July. Four tyres were delivered on the 29th July.
I have tried four times between the 29th July and 3rd August to get in touch to find out what has happened the the fifth tyre but seems I'm being ignored.

There's something not right about this company.

Is it really that difficult to tell me what's going on with this tyre. I'm down both money and a tyre. Not a good way of doing business. Sort yourselves out.

I placed my order on the 19th of July and received an email confirming my order immediately (no doubt, automated). On the 23rd, I received a dispatch email and waited the whole last week and nothing came. Today the 29th of July, I called more than 10 times, no response. So disappointed!

Hi, i ordered and paid for tyres on the 19/7/24 ,granted it was a friday . monday was the 22nd and no tyres dispathed until wednesday 24th still hadnt arrived on friday 26th so that means i wont get my delivery until Monday 29th july at the very earliest ,thats a whole 10 days later since i ordered them , absoluetly pissed off ,but i can assure ye , NEVER AGAIN , desperate service altogether . fit to be tied !

I should start by saying I successfully bought two tyres and had them fitted to the car at the tyre fitting centre I chose. So, mission accomplished that far.
However, the lack of communication about the delivery of the tyres to the fitting centre was in stark contrast to other websites that offer tracking from despatch onwards as standard. The tyre fitting centre had no information provided from a third party company who delivered the tyres on behalf of pneus online, and were wondering what to do with them when I called in on the off chance.....
So not only did I was customer receive no information, nor did the "partner" in the form of the fitting centre.
Contrary to expectations, because the invoice didn't specify it was covered in the purchase price, I then had to pay the fitting centre to fit the tyres.
Overall a poor experience and I won't be using this company ever again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing tires from Tires Pneus Online, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. The troubles began with their return policy, which states that they do not accept returns under any circumstances. This lack of flexibility is already concerning, but what truly exacerbated the situation was the abysmal customer service.

First and foremost, their customer service team took an astonishing three weeks to respond to my inquiries regarding an issue with the tires I received. In an age where prompt communication is expected, this delay is simply unacceptable. Not only did it leave me feeling frustrated and ignored, but it also left me without a resolution to my problem for an extended period.

Furthermore, the fact that Tires Pneus Online refuses to accept returns adds insult to injury. It demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and highlights their prioritization of profit over customer service. In an industry where customer safety is paramount, this lack of accountability is concerning.

Overall, my experience with Tires Pneus Online was extremely disappointing. From their unyielding return policy to their sluggish customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone in need of tires. There are plenty of reputable tire retailers out there who prioritize customer satisfaction and offer efficient, responsive service—unfortunately, Tires Pneus Online does not appear to be one of them.
