I ordered a Lumix S5 II kit online on a Friday, for delivery on the following Monday. I'm very impatient but that was the quickest delivery I could get. It actually arrived the next day (Saturday)! Fantastic fast service from both UK Digital and DPD.
UK Digital's price was the lowest I could find anywhere too.

Awarding 5 stars was easy and so would 10 have been if it was an option. Great website, vast range of photographic equipment on offer and great prices. Best price in the UK that I could find - Black Friday prices after everybody elses had finished. Great communication from Charlotte and speedy delivery by their courier (DPD). My new Panasonic Lumix S5D arrived, incredibly well packed and in perfect condition. Plus....3 free gifts, all of which are very useful. I can't remember ever receiving service as good as this - ever. A highly recommended supplier. There are a lot of five star reviews and I can see why.

I was purchasing a Christmas present for my son so had to ask a number of questions on the phone. The assistant explained fully what I needed to know and was clearly very knowledgable and happy to help, enabling me to make a final and correct decision.

Ordered Novo Mantis t3 tripod with ball head two days ago, 3/5 days delivery, received this am less than 2 days. Am well impressed with the build quality of both items and delivery. Will certainly use this company again

The gloves were I thought a bit pricey for what they were, I found them a bit on the short side as They should have covered my wrist, the small finger on both of the gloves was extremely small but large enough for a 6 year old child to get his finger in, but too small for an adult to use thus rendering them useless I think they may be seconds, and sold to the public as new photography gloves  thus a total waste of time and money  

Ordered a new Sigma 20mm lens and saved 180GBP. Arrived well packed in just 48 hours and in perfect condition. Excellent value and service.

I was looking to purchase Laowa 10mm f/2.8 Macro Lens with the Canon EF mount (and electronic aperture) but also needed next day delivery which also happened to be a Saturday.

Prior to my google search I have not heard of this company.

I purchased the item on Thursday Night and paid for next day delivery but could not see saturday delivery option. Friday morning I emailed and followed it up with a call and Debbie said they could arrange this and pay just the difference that it would have cost me, and I did so.

The item came via DPD on the Saturday. I initially thought I got the wrong item until I realised there was a note stating "free gift". This happened to be a Hahnel Powerbank (that also charges 2 x Hero batteries).

The item was well packaged and most pleased with my purchase.

1. It was cheaper than all other camera companies online
2. Offered next day, saturday delivery which was a must.
3. Offered PayPal as well as traditional payment methods
4. Over delivered with exceptional customer service, exceptional attitudes, and unexpected gift.

They also followed up with an email saying if I need anything to just get in touch.

This is amazing customer service.

Having taken a break from buying camera gear for a couple of years I decided to get stuck in again and try UK Digital, instead of the Chinese usual suspects, for a new Viltrox XF lens. Ist port of call was to Trustpilot to check out reviews, which for the most part, seemed pretty positive so I ordered via the website. The lens arrived quickly and it's brand-new in a proper sealed original maker's box. It's not a 'grey' import as such and so there shouldn't be any warranty issues - if needed. UK Digital is based in the UK and they can be contacted by phone easily. I phoned them with a query and got through no problem and was satisfactorily dealt with quickly and efficiently. The lens is great and the overall service was great as well. Can't fault them.

My first time using UK Digital and definitely not my last, I ordered 2 Viltrox Pro lenses and within 15mins I had an email to inform me that the items had been shipped wow ! Not only that, they were delivered the next day before 9am and I'm in the opposite end of the country.

I have used MPB, WEX, Parks for my business and are all good but I would add UK Digital to that list easily, the service was lightning fast, thanks guy's.
