VAamazon: A Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience

I want to share my unfortunate experience with VAamazon. This company operates under various aliases such as Shawn Branden, who changed his name to James later on, Kevin Parker, David Lucus, Mark Frost, Tony, and Steve Adams. It looks like their names are not their actual names. I entered into a contract with them to enhance my Amazon business, pay their fees in full. However, rather than providing the promised support to grow my business, their actions led to the deactivation of my Amazon account due to issues with fraudulent merchandise. This resulted in significant financial losses over nearly one and a half years.
Despite their assurances to create a new Amazon account to compensate for the loss, they were unable to fulfill this promise. Moreover, they violated the terms of our agreement and failed to refund the fees I had paid. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exercising caution and avoiding any engagement with this company to prevent unnecessary complications.

Was scammed by VAamazon

VAamazon charged me for inventory from a phony supplier (gave me a fake invoice) and I never received the inventory. So basically they scammed me out of $2000.

They also breached agreement and stopped working and refused to refund the upfront fees despite unilaterally terminating agreement.

From the last couple of months I have been lacking form content deficiencies it will also affect my product listings and store image. Somehow would like to appreciate VAamazon for the EBC content services. It plays a key role in optimizing my listings and also improve my brand overall reputation.

I don't trust these people

I don't trust these people, I got charged $1,500 for a website that I was NOT happy about and no longer online. They just threw random items on it and it was not attractive at all. After I ask them to cancel everything they said. Which is was even 2 weeks.

" No, the work on the store will continue as long as the store is running.
Kindly, complete the payment gateway setup so we can continue further with work on your store, thank you."

This is not professional, these people are thieves and inconsiderate. I was trying to make extra income, because is hard to live as it is and these people put me on a hole for $1,500 more in my dept. They sign me up with Shopify charging me $105 a month which I told them to cancel it. I got charged $210 and I had to close my bank account. It cost me money I don't have $1,710. Thank you VA-AMZ FOR DESTROYING MY LIFE. I believe in KARMA.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us but we value providing you with a conclusion after investigating your issue. You got onboard with us for Shopify automation by paying $1,499 service charges for your store. Before getting on board with us and also after that, we already informed you that you were going to be charged $105 as a subscription fee of Shopify. This payment was never meant to be made to our company. These are the Shopify platform's charges. As per the investigation, initially, you didn't like the store. Our Store manager also asked what changes you want us to do for you but you denied it and said that you changed your mind. When our manager asked about the reason you said that your pet passed away and you have medical bills to pay hence you cannot afford the expense of Shopify at all. This is purely a change of mind and at the moment when you were asking for a refund, at that time we delivered each and everything that was included in your Shopify Automation.

Regardless, We are still open for a discussion and provide you with the services.

Let me begin by letting everyone know these people are crooks and all the reviews you are seeing about how good they are, is Witten by their friends and family. I was dealing with Kevin, I asked him for an Invoice and a receipt before I sent him my money and after and he was never able to supply it, he sent me an email that said receipt with no attached receipt. I received a violation from Amazon for the product Authentify. the products they purchase are fake and that is a guaranteed account shut down when you can't provide documents from a supplier, they will use this to try and get you password so they can have access to your account and you're funding. Do not give them your primary password, do so at your peril from them being fake. I ask Shaun and Steven to help me secure those documents and I receive an email that they are requesting the invoice from the supplier. Why don't you have a copy of a receipt for the products you purchase? Additionally, why have I not received the receipt when I initially asked for it? Amazon is a paper intensive business and the receipt from the supplier is the only thing available to prove that the supplies are not fake. Additionally, I paid for a store design, and I receive a cart, no store. They don't return your call; they don't provide documentation. They cause me more problems and more work before using them. Then there is the communication barrier. they say they are in the US, and they will put up something to refute that they are in the US, they are not. They are in India. Kevin was extremely rude and dismissive after he receive my money. Don't send them money unless it's done by a bank transfer or a credit card. Do not send them your money through Cash Ap. you can't get your money back from cash ap. They are fake, they are here to take your money. Do not give them your password or access to your account, ask for receipts and invoices and only send your money via Bank Transfer. Matter of fact stay away from them. They are fake and they are crooks. Google their office, it's a home in California probably home to one of their criminal partners located in America. My experience with them was so bad I'm contacting the California and Illinois attorney general for that's where they have locations, and I contacted the federal trade commission. I would not allow them to do this to hard working Americans. They are not who they pretend to be. You have been warned. I would have rated them a 0 but this site don't allow it.
When they comply and live up to their contractual obligation or refund my money for a store which i paid for to Kevin via his cash app. then I will remove this, and I will not allow them to do anything further with my business. Fulfill your obligations, do the right thing.

We are really sorry to hear such reviews from your end but let us also clear the things for everyone. Firstly, we never ever ask for the main login passwords of our client's Amazon seller account. Even if the client asks us to send the details so we don't access it. After investigating your case within the internal team we have found out that your initial Account Manager Kevin Parker sent our company invoices to you at the time of purchasing the inventory.

Secondly, we as a team or services providing agency would like to ask how can we provide you services if you don't let us do that. After the email you received from Amazon, you directly removed our child access from your store due to which we were not able to provide you with our best services. If you don't let us address your Amazon issues so we are not able to fulfill your demands and maintain account health. On the other hand, while asking for the invoices you kept threatening our Account Manager Mr. Steve Adams. That's not how professional things work. We have been connected with you for the last 3 months and you even generated more than $2000 of sales a month based on the investment you made you were still threatening us. As far as concerned with the store design so let me clear once again that you signed up with us for Amazon Wholesale Automation. It was never a website nor a Private Label brand. Adding to that we have also investigated the payment you made and we found out that you never paid Kevin Parker at his Cashapp or Zelle. The only payment you made after the automation plan was the inventory payment that you made to our company and for that, you also received the invoice from Kevin Parker.

Ending all these things on a good note, we as a reputable services-providing agency are still available to provide you our services and we would again ask you to kindly restore our child access so that we can address Amazon concerns in a timely manner.
