Do not use this company

Do not use this company . All they are after is squeezing you for money once you sign up . Every time it goes for a service through their scheme or needs tyres you have to pay additional mileage costs as they use some weird system , even through you are not over the ocntractual mileage . AVOID AT ALL COST !

We cannot charge a customer excess mileage if they have not exceeded their original contracted amount.

The excess mileage charges are also stated on both your Vehicle Order Confirmation and Maintenance agreement, which you are required to sign before we can add the service plan to your deal.

Its so easy

This is the third time ive used vanarama to lease a car. It is so easy, godfrey found me the best deal which i was more than happy with. Will certainly be my first port of call when lease runs out.

I had been on the Vanarama website and…

I had been on the Vanarama website and had in mind the vehicle I was choosing but wanted to speak to someone, as I had a few questions.
I rang, got straight through to Kwame, and within minutes had all my questions answered and my vehicle details confirmed and ordered all within 15 minutes.
The documents were all emailed and easy to follow, sign and send back.
Excellent service and excellent quotes.

Amazing customer service

All the colleague's I spoke to were all pleasant and polite, they made you feel like you was worth talking to, nothing was to much for them.
I would 100% recommend to family and friends, if you’re looking to purchase a car.
