Van Buyers UK Avis 

I spoke to Adam from Van Buyers at 1pm on Sunday the 12th of December when he valued my van at £8750. I asked for some time to consider the offer and he said that was no problem, so I had a think overnight and messaged him back on Monday the 13th of December at 9:15am (not even 24 hours later) saying I would accept the offer. I then had no reply for 2 days until the 15th of December, when he replied saying that as of 9am on the 13th (the day I had messaged accepting the offer) the valuation had supposedly changed and gone down to £8400 and therefore, he would not honour the original price, despite the fact that I had accepted the deal within less than 24 hours of it being proposed to me. I have tried to ring numerous times but could never get through to speak to Adam (or anybody else). Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of time.

I found this company really good to deal with. They gave me a fair valuation on my vehicle and kept to it. Jeff the driver who collected my van was very professional and reassuring. I would recommend Van Buyers UK, and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Really friendly, efficient service. Hannah was my main point of contact and John came to collect, both easy to deal with and professional at the same time.

As soon as I put my registration number in Hannah called me to chat about prices and how she could help, it was very smooth from start to finish, they came to collect my vehicle as promised the next day and communication was really good. Hannah even contacted me the next day to see how things went with my sale.

Get a valuation it said in 60 seconds. I just want a valuation. No contact right now. Possibly in the future but not possible without giving personal details. Absolute lie.

First time I have sold on line and pleasantly surprised. Given a very acceptable offer on the phone very quickly after providing photos. Vehicle was collected from the north of Scotland within days. Handover and payment completed in less than ten minutes at my home.
Special mention for Hannah in the office and John the collection driver who were both friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend the service to anyone.

Just want to say how impressed I am with this company! I never leave reviews but these really deserve it, Adam couldn't be more professional if he tried, the whole service from the quote to Lee collecting my van at home, within 30minutes of Lee arriving he was gone and I was 9k richer. Sold my x camper van today the rep lindsay was really good and professional and lovely to talk to, could of chatted with her all day if I had the chance. Van sold smooth payment came through straight away. Hannah was also professional on the phone and easy to talk with thanks will miss the van.
