Excellent, arrived sooner than expected 👍

Delivery came quicker than expected and products expected.

The vape after a couple of hours tasted Smokey, I’m not a heavy vaper I have one now & then on an evening, the last one lasted me 2 weeks but after 2 days this tasted burnt out, I was offered a refund if I paid £3.50 to return it so they did offer that at least but still disappointing

I am very impressed with the service from VapeHut compared to other vape sites I have used. The prices are probably the lowest on the web. The 24 hr delivery is a bonus when the order is over £20. Very quick to respond to questions. Excellent service over many orders I have placed.

Ordered 2 vapes friday 15/09/23 paid extra for first class royal mail delivery knowing it was the weekend i expected them monday or tuesday due to delays, its friday the next week and still recieved no vapes, emailed yesterday and got a very cheeky reply from xena, not nice customer service basically telling me its only been 5 days when i paid first class delivery, wont be buying from here again.

I had a query and the customer service was excellent. Xena was quick to respond and answered my questions with politeness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

I've ordered of their website twice now, placed an order at 4pm yesterday thought the delivery was standard 2-3 days timewise but I received the delivery this morning far quicker than I expected - fantastic and efficient company, thank you for the great service

Easy to use app and quick reply to my order

I ordered from vapehut and my parcel was delivered to the wrong address so I contacted them and had a lovely lady call me to discuss, she asked if I'd like a refund or the product sent out again and I said the parcel please! She posted it again for me and I received it the next day! The ladies name was Hina and she was an absolute godsend in the situation! I thought I was gonna have to fight for it kinda thing but she was absolutely amazing through it all! The products are great prices are also great and now the customer service is top notch too! I am now 100% a loyal customer as there's absolutely no need to go elsewhere for these and if you need anything the staff are brilliant! Thank you again so much Hina you were a pleasure to deal with!!
