We recently booked a 5-day shore cruise excursion with Venture Ashore for a group of 22 people, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations—largely thanks to Corey Bell.

From the very beginning, Corey demonstrated exceptional planning skills and attention to detail. Coordinating an itinerary for a group of our size is no small task, but everything was thoughtfully organized, well-paced, and tailored to suit a variety of interests and needs within our group. Her communication throughout the process was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the planning phase smooth and stress-free.

During the trip itself, Corey’s preparation truly shone. Every aspect of the excursion—from transportation to activities—ran seamlessly. Timing was spot-on, transitions between stops were effortless, and we always felt well taken care of. It was evident that a great deal of care and professionalism went into ensuring everything worked perfectly.

What stood out most was Corey’s ability to anticipate potential challenges and handle them before they became issues. Her execution was flawless, allowing all 22 of us to relax and fully enjoy the experience without any concerns.

I'd just like to share that we had a fantastic trip with Venture Ashore on 28th March.
My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised to find that we had a private SUV for the duration of the trip to Ephesus.
Our tour guide was called Pinaar and she was highly trained and thoroughly pleasant throughout. She went to painstaking lengths to make sure that we had the best experience possible and that we were fully informed on every detail.
Pinaar was very friendly and helpful. We had such a lovely time with her, that day. I'm sure that was enhanced because we were on a trip that was tailored just for us.
I will certainly highly recommend Venture Ashore in future. That was the best sort of excursion because of the exclusivity and because of the wonderful guide we had.

Olivia really took care of my group of veterans. Each excursion was perfect for our group. The one that really stood out was out Ruins tour in Costa Maya. One of my clients was really worried about "extra shopping" stops along the way. That never happened and my clients had a great time. All the excursions were with the best quality of service. Will use again

Our tour director was fantastic and the tour was informative. The rubs and chicken from captain”s was delicious. We especially liked the Topper’s Rum Distillery tour and got to meet Topper himself. The only thing that we did not get that was on the description was the two alcoholic drinks at Captain’s Ribs & Chicken. I had a few clients ask me about that and we never could get an answer from the server. Overall a great experience!!

The tour in Barbados was nothing as described. I complained at the time and was issued an immediate refund. The company contacted the tour company while we were on the tour who promptly left us on the beach and didn’t return to take us back to the ship. Despite a “return to ship guarantee” Venture Assure are refusing to pay the 30 dollar taxi fare back to the ship. It certainly would not have been cheaper for them to fly us to the next island, which makes me wonder who regulates them and wether the return to ship guarantee is genuine.

I had an overwhelmingly fantastic experience with Venture Ashore and recommend them highly! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and impressive attention to detail.

The staff truly stood out—they were knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I always felt well-supported. A special mention to Olivia, who made the booking process completely seamless and stress-free. Her efficiency and clear communication set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience.

The guides were absolutely outstanding. They were not only highly knowledgeable but also engaging and personable, making each tour both informative and genuinely enjoyable. You could tell they were passionate about what they do, which made a big difference in the overall experience.

Everything was extremely well-organized, especially the transportation and tour arrangements. Timing was smooth, logistics were handled flawlessly, and I never once felt rushed or confused. It’s clear that Venture Ashore takes pride in delivering a well-executed and efficient service.

Another major highlight was the pricing—Venture Ashore’s excursions were significantly more reasonable than those offered by the cruise lines, without sacrificing quality in any way. It felt like exceptional value for such a high level of service.

Overall, this was a top-tier experience, and I will absolutely be booking with Venture Ashore again for future excursions. If you’re looking for a reliable, organized, and high-quality shore excursion company, this is the one to choose.

We booked 2 excursions through Venture Ashore 6 months before our cruise. They cancelled both excursions 3 weeks before the cruise with no explanation. They are still selling both excursions for the dates we had booked. We were left scrambling for new excursions just a few weeks before our cruise. I would not recommend Venture Ashore to anyone.

We did several Venture Ashore excursions whilst on a recent cruise from Singapore to India. All of them were different and suited our needs perfectly. We liked being in private cars with a guide. They were all extremely knowledgeable and ensured the trip went smoothly. We were informed before excursion where pick-up would be and we were returned to ship in plenty of time. I would recommend Venture Ashore excursions

We used Venture Ashore for 3 shore excursions on or recent cruise to Singapore, Thailand and India.
I booked all 3 with Corey, who is based in the U.K., and was extremely quick in her responses and very helpful in getting tours booked. She also helped me book a tour at short notice while we were on board the ship, as I wasn’t able to book online.
We spoke on the phone initially, as one of the tours I wanted was a pick up from the cruise port, a full day Mumbai city tour, with drop off at the airport, so pulled together for us.
All the tours were very enjoyable, with small groups, which is better than the big coach loads you get with the ship organised excursions.
Communication by the tour operators on the ground enforce each tour was excellent, with the operator contacting me via text or WhatsApp to provide collection time and place. The tour guides used were all extremely knowledgeable and geared their tour to the group demographic.
I will definitely use Venture Ashore again on my next cruise/trip.

This review is for our ATV, zip line, sloth, Park, and beach day in Roatan Honduras. First and foremost we had a wonderful guide by the name of Carlos! He’s very friendly and funny. He made the day so enjoyable as we drove to our excursions. He would give us history of the island and his personal take on living there. We would ask for Carlos if get a chance to return! We felt he went above and beyond to make our day great.
Our ATV adventure was so fun. We had both on and off road time. We were there during rainy season so there were a lot of mud puddles to go through! We drove along the coast and stopped to take some beautiful pictures. We went through 2 villages and the people were so friendly. They would make eye contact, smile and wave. We felt very welcomed in the village. The facility had a shower in the bathroom so we were able to rinse off most of our mud before heading off. We had 6 in our group and we had a van to ourselves which was nice. Carlos provided bottled water for us. On our way to the Zip-Line we stopped at a plaza with several shops. We went to coffee demonstration and chocolate making. Both delicious! From there we went to a high point that had a beautiful overlook of the bay with our cruise ship. We were able to take great pictures from up there. This stop also had some local souvenir shops.
Our Zip-Line adventure was a blast. We had 17 platforms with a variety of cable lengths. 2 cable systems that made me feel super safe. Our guides were full of energy and made it a lot of fun. They took photos at a couple of locations as we zipped by. We did by the photo package. Haggle for a good price! The “sloth park” that was next to the zipline was just ok. We heard there was another sloth park that was bigger and had more sloths. The park we visited had one small sloth, 2 macaws, a few deer, Guinea pigs,a peacock, 2 pheasants and a couple of spider monkeys. We were a bit underwhelmed by it. We opted to skip the beach portion because of the weather. It was cloudy, cool, and windy! I recommend you bring cash for shopping and tips. We tipped our ATV guides, our zip-line guides and of course Carlos.

The two tours were fantastic, and my family really enjoyed the tours.

I used Venture Ashore to plan several shore excursions for a group of 22. Corey, a fabulous Group Specialist made the whole experience easy by helping me curate the list of excursions and setting up our group's webpage so everyone could go and purchase their excursions individually. She helped me to tailor the excursions to our needs, adjusting times and matching prices for similar excursions from other providers. Not only was setting it up made to be a pleasure but we had a blast, and Corey was sure to follow up with me after the fact to make sure everything went smoothly. We are now setting up excursions for my next two group cruises. I highly recommend.

We had a group of 15 that went to Greece on a cruise. We booked about 6 tours with Venture Ashore and they were all wonderful. One tour even allowed us to have some extra beach time in one of the ports which was wonderful for our group age 7 to 75. Can't wait to book even more tours on our next adventure to Portugal and Spain.

Excellent itineraries for both excursions, guides were knowledgable and friendly.
Communications before for meeting points etc were also excellent.

My group's excursions in St. Lucia and Puerto Rico were both amazing! We got to see a lot on the drive around St. Lucia with our funny and knowledgeable guide Lisa, and learning how to make authentic mojitos and mofongo with Chef Sergio was a highlight of the whole trip.

Group specialist Olivia was great to work with. She was always responsive and helpful through the whole booking process.
