Well where do I start I have just had my 1st game of the new version of prize picks what an absolute joke that was the old version was so much beta we used to get at least £50 minimum and free spins today I got a grand total of £2.20 and 12 free spins. I will not be back to play this again it’s awful and a real let down. Why do you have to change something that wasn’t broken it’s was not a nice experience

Played on virgin games site for bout 8 years, found them to be fare during that time, resived regular phone calls offering promotions, even once resiving gift , every week I had good rewards on their free games, not once in 7 years did i not get good reward, then after short break I played again and had some really good wins, that's where everything changed, over the next 6 months I didn't resive any phone calls with great promotions or cash deposits put in my account, which i always got ( average £100 to £200 )month, not one win on free bonus game (no less than £30 a week) I could get free £1 , then after two good wins in week, my deposit a mount got restricted, then a limit put on my account of £500 a year which I deposited on average every one or two, so my account reached its year deposit, after loads emails , all with same result not right department to change restrictions, I got on phone, speaking to every department I finally got somewhere, if I produced bank statements and documents from over 20 years ago they would look into increasing amount i could deposit,

I see a lot of 1* bad reviews but I can only speak on my personal experience. I must admit I was little hesitant to try them just as I would any other betting/casino app due to having a couple of bad experiences where one app screwed me out of a £6,000 win but that’s not why I am writing this. I deposited around £60 and won some more and was in profit so I wanted to withdraw it to see if I hit any issues at all and all went well and I was paid within 10hrs. No bad experiences for me and I recommend them. They even have a decent cash poker section if that’s your thing. I wasn’t playing against bots. I entered a low stake tournament and won. Cash games went well also. I think the app is well laid out and easy to naviate.

Absolutely atrocious experience with Virgin Games. I deposited, played, and won a grand total of £17—tried to withdraw it, and they immediately locked my account. They demanded endless documents, including a selfie with my passport, a photo of my card, and even a picture outside my flat with my house number. I sent everything they asked for, and they even confirmed receipt, promising a review in three days. A week later, I’m still getting the same robotic emails asking for the same stuff, and to make things worse, they keep quoting the wrong card number—how can they not even get that right?

Customer service is non-existent. No real answers, just copy-paste nonsense. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid paying out a measly £17.
