Shocking site, They should wear a mask 🤬!!! Had issue where deposited & on 1st spin it just carried on spinning till refreshed screen meaning i lost +\- percentage so called customer care called me a liar & said there is no way this can happen? So sent them a screen grabbed video of it happening only to be told the video was on a loop & nothing to do with them has again it couldn’t happen? Joined virgin games about a year ago had some really big wins to start off with even won the regional pot on jackpot king they paid out no problem.
But the last 3 months have been absolutely ridiculous hardly any bonuses at all and it seems they just take take take.

Used to be brilliant,
Played here for many years but since being bought by Bally have increasingly got worse and worse.
They will literally block you from winning and when you do win phone and harass you about the amount of money and gambling habits...literally had to go through this 3 times this year alone.
