I wish I could them 0 star. I upgraded my sim contract with abroad call today the agreed £43.00 per month. After 30 minutes I just checked Vodafone App and the price was £72.58 I asked the why and the said additional. what? £29.something Additional? I asked them if you remove £29 I can continue with that but if not just cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel it but still £26 more there. Please don’t trust them at all. Even they didn’t tell me about the additional fee before. Very disappointed.

Mel and Derry have been absolutely amazing getting me sorted with a new sim only contract! Such wonderful members of the Aberdeen team. Was so much better getting it sorted in person than online. Will definitely be popping in again in future!

Vodafone has been going very badly for a very long time and more recently there is no internet and no phone signal. Customer service calls and there has been no improvement. In 2025, not having internet and paying for it is disgusting...

Absolute rip ofI have been using Vodafone for my…
I have been using Vodafone for my mobile phone service for over ten years. I recently made two calls to the USA, one for 8 minutes and the other for 19 minutes.
For these two calls I was charged £87!
I rang the customer service which was a waste of time. This is brazen profiteering and I will be changing provider. I am very disappointed.
