I needed to upgrade my phone
I needed to upgrade my phone. So I went to the Vodafone shop in Aberystwyth. Abbi served me and was excellent. She was amazing and her patience was fantastic, I'm not very technical and her help and advice was terrific. I can only pass my thanks on to her and the rest of the team in the Aberystwyth store. In all I would recommend the store in Aberystwyth and will continue to give them my custom going forward without hesitation.

Vodafone shop visit
We visited the Vodafone shop in Aberystwyth yesterday the 3rd of September 2026.

Exceptional service for a vulnerable customer
Went into store with my mil who, after a stroke, is struggling with her smart phone. Wanted something simple so she can make a phonecall and the odd text. Steven listened to her needs and then offered her 2 options - flip phone or bar phone. After some consideration, she opted for the bar phone. Steven couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant service, patient and courteous. Mil is currently with a different provider but is now moving over to Three. :)

I had problems switching from Three to Vodafone. I did not receive my SIM card card and could not sort my issue through the chat or or the Vodafone website. I called in to my local Vodafone shop and explained my problem to Matt the store manager. He was superb. Patient, clear and he kept on the issue until today when he got it sorted when nobody else could be bothered. I cannot praise the store staff at Aberystwyth highly enough- especially Matt. Without exception the staff at Aberystwyth are knowledgeable, friendly , endlessly patient and helpful. Thank you

Where to begin!!
I came into the Aber store after having some issues trying to resolve something over the phone with Three/Vodafone. Matt the store manager blew me away with his customer skills, honestly the best customer service I've EVER had in my life (and I trained people in customer service), his rapport was excellent and it genuinely felt like he cared about my situation and the outcome. Today Matt was my hero and changed a frustrating situation into a blessing. 🦸
Oh and Steve was awesome too, thanks Steve!! I found that the team there had such a great vibe.
