New phone purchase
As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Abbie, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

3…phone contacts 3 issues
We visited the store because we had 3 issues. Matt, the store manager dealt with each and every issue with professionalism and care. We feel that the issues we needed sorting with 3 phone contracts would have been extremely difficult on the phone. Having a team of dedicated staff in store to speak to face to face was invaluable.
We were in store for over 2 hours and left totally satisfied that our phone issues had been dealt with.

Abbie staff member for Aberystwyth
Traded in my old S21 ultra because I have used it for over 5yrs and opted for the new S26 Ultra 512 gb cobalt violet.
Abbie explained all clearly any questions I needed answered.
She made the expirence of a new contract and new phone, fun and 😉enjoyable.
I would and have recommended people to visit vodafone Aberystwyth shop because of the patience the staff have shown both my wife and myself.

Superb customer service
I just wanted to comment on the excellent service my mother and I received from Matt in the Aberystwyth branch of Vodafone yesterday.
Very patient, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and enthusiastic to help. He made the whole process very simple and very easy to understand. Excellent service. The reason we went to the shop was because of guidance given from an equally helpful person at Vodafone HQ on the phone.
All in all excellent customer service from both people. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
