Great customer service
Called into Vodafone in Bloomfields on the off chance to upgrade my current mobile and change network provider.
I was greeted by Ab, who introduced himself and was very helpful,polite, and informative.
He talked me through all the options explaining everything along the way.
I left the shop with a fantastic phone which suited my budget.
I was most impressed by the customer service and the helpfulness from Ab.
I'm glad I have moved to Vodafone.

Excellent team in Bangor…
We went in to upgrade phone in Bangor and we also took out broadband. Abraham (Abe) was a lovely young guy to deal with. We aren't very good with tech but he was very patient explaining everything and telling us the best deals etc. Initally we were talking to Peter and had left the store to ring someone for details. Peter was lovely too. They both have so much knowledge about the products and nothing was to much bother for them. Vodafone are lucky to have this team working for them
