Excellent team in Bangor…
We went in to upgrade phone in Bangor and we also took out broadband. Abraham (Abe) was a lovely young guy to deal with. We aren't very good with tech but he was very patient explaining everything and telling us the best deals etc. Initally we were talking to Peter and had left the store to ring someone for details. Peter was lovely too. They both have so much knowledge about the products and nothing was to much bother for them. Vodafone are lucky to have this team working for them

Kiane is fantastic
Today I went to Vodafone Bangor to upgrade my phone and Kiane helped with that. He was so kind and helpful. These processes can take a long time but he made me feel comfortable and was so lovely and explained everything in detail and calmly and I didn't mind the time it took with him helping. Kiane is a great asset to Vodafone.

Excellent knowledge
Visited the store to have a look at what was available. The advisor highlighted that there was a special trade in offer using my current device and helped me get a new iPhone for less than I was paying! It's moments like this I am glad we have stores to visit for helpful little tips like this

After having a bad experience with O2 Lee was more than helpful in helping me choose a new phone contract. He also helped tailor an existing family members phone contract. He made the experience stress free. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services.
