5 star rating for Mille at the Bangor Wales store
Mille took her time to sort out my husbans phone following a Malware attack on his device. Nothing was too much trouble for Mille. Also got myself a great deal on anew phone.

Very pleased with the customer service. Very pleasant lady called Emma went in to discuss phone deals and was offered a good deal. Also discussed broadband and has saved me a lot of money by changing broadband providers and hassle free. Thank you

Great service with a smile.
I was served by Leon Lloyd.I wanted a data only SIM card for our mobile Wi-Fi.Leon went through the different options with clear explanations.We purchased a SIM card but unfortunately struggled to activate the Wi-Fi so back to Leon who sorted it out with the patients of a saint.Thank you leon

Bangor Vodaphone, the go to shop
Having had a lot of trouble with new phone connectivity with internet which your colleagues on191 were unable to rectify, the staff at Bangor shop understood the problem and cleared the cause in no time at all. Lauren and Rhiannon were particularly helpful and competent.
