Perfect Customer Service
I was worried about maybe having to buy a new phone and how much that would cost but James was WONDERFUL. Professional and reassuring and he didn't make me feel stupid asking questions. I left the shop VERY happy without having to spend money but assured my trusty phone would go on working for me.
