Victoria was a wonderful Vodafone representative and she made this very reluctant and totally hopeless customer feel very welcome. Without ever being intrusive she managed to help me choose the phone that perfectly suited all my needs. Step by step she kept me well informed and very patiently answered all my questions. Caolan very helpful and supportive
Caolan very helpful and supportive. You need a salesperson like him, very patience all my questions , inquiries absolutely he answered and I am satisfied. Today I have no plan to upgrade . But with caolan attitudes towards customers is brilliant you need staff like him. Plus the manager as well very helpful and kind. Neil the manager brilliant. And Scott was very friendly, the manager and caolan. The best place to get your mobile. No plans to upgrade but because of your staff made me get a new one. Happy Christmas to all .

David is the best!
David served me and helped me out when looking to get a new contract for my dad, he was really kind and helped me out when picking a phone. I was really tired craving coffee and he was nice enough to offer to make me a cup which I accepted GLADLY! he made my morning it was so nice meeting him and I will definitely visit again

I visited Forestside branch and Victoria was beyond amazing in explaining everything I needed to know. Being that I am a pensioner I was totally comfortable in the way she portrayed her customer service. Excellent all round.
