Jamie was extremely professional, understanding, determined to fix the problem and he did.
I had left Vodafone last November after 40 years with them.
I went to EE and had a nightmare. They freed me from my contract and I have returned to Vodafone Cambridge store.
The new SIM card wouldn’t work.
Jamie in Braintree. Sorted it all out. I had been so stressed.
I will certainly use this branch in the future if needed.

Kieran was very professional and has a good knowledge of phones and how to attend to customers.
He should be recommended or acknowledged specifically because he retains the customers and puts a smile back on their face just like he has done for me.
My issue was a 2 week issue but he resolved it under 5minutes.
