Great Service
We were greeted by Callum who assisted in completing an early upgrade for my partner's phone.
Not only did we get exactly what she wanted, he saved us money on the process and actively looked to get us the best deal and save money. Callum was excellent and coming from someone who has worked for this company many years ago he is exactly who you'd want from a store advisor. Well done Callum and thankyou for your help!

Every time I visit the store
Every time I visit the store, I make a point of seeing Connor because he is absolutely brilliant. He goes above and beyond to make sure I always get the very best service. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping customers. It makes such a difference walking in and knowing I’ll be looked after properly. Connor is a real credit to the team, I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

Be very careful when using this company…
Be very careful when using this company i gave use their WIFi for about 15 years and loyalty means nothing with them, they are purely interested in taking money, the phone signal is have had was poor but the WiFi is good. No reduction even through i transfered to Vodafone. The store is as bad as 4 years ago on my Google review nothing gas changed.
