Excellent customer service.
It’s not often that you can walk into a shop, and feel that you are getting help and advice that is beneficial to both parties. I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided today, by both the sales assistant and manager.

I’d have given 10 stars if I could.
I’d have given 10 stars if that was possible. Nichole in the Bury St Edmunds shop has been fantastic in sorting out a very difficult issue. She persisted for an hour and eventually solved it. I wouldn’t have known where to start. Brilliant!

Vodafone Service in Bury St Edmunds
The staff in the Bury St Edmunds store have been incredibly helpful when sorting out a myriad of issues (some of which were caused by me!). They have gone above and beyond to help me in every way they could, and spent time on making sure I was happy and had exactly what I wanted. Although my issues were complicated they kept a calm, happy and humourous demeanour! I would like to give a big shout out to Dan, Kyle, Brandon and Nichole as well as anyone else I didn't get the pleasure to meet! It's been a blast, and I may just pop in for a chat as it's been so fun! Thanks guys, completely recommend you all!
