My adviser Saif, was very efficient, polite, extremely helpful, and friendly spending almost an hour and a half with me choosing and costing a new phone then helping to to set it up (with me being tech phobic!) He's an asset to your company! Happy holiday Saif! The store is very well kept too!

Probably the most helpful and resourceful employee, Saif, made everything so easy to follow and cleared all my doubts regarding all the possible SIM card plans I could have bought and guided me so well to arrive at the one best for me.
Even though there was quite a bit of a wait today, he made sure to give me all his time when it was my turn and was really considerate of my initial doubts and worries. The guy needs a raise honestly.
Overall, great and quick service. Happy to begin this journey with VOXI and Vodafone :)

Visited Vodafone Cardiff on Monday after work and had the pleasure of being served by Dave. I had a previously spoken with Dave in the months before and this experience was no different. He was patient, understanding, very helpful and didn’t rush even though it was busy in the shop. I am very grateful for the time he took with me and for all of the questions he sorted out for me. Thank you Dave!

I popped into Vodafone in St Davids 2, Cardiff today to see if i could switch to better sim deals for myself and my family. Huw was the person who I was greeted with, who was really friendly and listened to what i wanted and needed, without being pushy.
I came away thrilled, as not only did Huw help me save a ton of money on different (more appropriate) sim deals, he also highlighted better home internet deals too, so I switched the lot to vodafone - for a better price and for an extra 750mpps speed!!
One of the reasons l stayed with the previous Internet provider was because of their dedicated accessibility line if there is a connection issue. Well, Huw advised that Vodafone offer the same accessibility support, So it was a no brainer!
I came away saving a ton of money for having a better service. Both myself and my family are very happy. Thank you Huw! Great service!!

Saif helped us get the mobile wifi we needed and even let us know the pay as we go we had for my girlfriends phone was double the price of a contract with the same data so we switched that as well, very helpful and everything worked perfectly!

Saif is the staff member at Vodafone Queen street cardiff branch who gave us an excellent experience at the St David's store. He was welcoming and explained to my wife and I all the information that we needed it. He was very helpful and the branch was very organised and clean.

Kyle was really helpful and patient with me who has a poor knowledge of technical things . He successfully transferred all details from my old phone Iphone8 to iPhone 15 . He is brilliant at his work and a great asset to your company . Thank you Kyle and wishing you the very best 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾👍🏾

Entered your store incredibly stressed and overwhelmed and was helped by a lovely young man named Jamie. He was as knowledgeable as he is funny, and it was a true delight to be served by him. Every store needs a Jamie!

Jamie was extremely helpful explaining my options to me and getting me set up with a mobile hotspot and a new mobile data plan. He was also very easy to chat with, making the process totally painless.

Jamie in the Cardiff branch - Saint David’s, was absolutely fantastic. What a pleasant person to talk to.

Not only was his customer service skills remarkable, he really made me laugh. While he was sorting my SIM card out in the background, he was having a chat with us - this really passed the time while he was doing his technical bit.

I work in an IT service environment - he’s got the perfect attitude and personality. His customer service skills truly need to be highlighted and rewarded. He’s made my experience with Vodafone one to remember - and he sorted out my issue! Thank you Jamie, and keep up the fantastic work! :)

I felt comfortable, no pressure was put on me to purchase a particular contract. Staff were friendly and helpful giving me plenty of options.

Dave at St David's 2 branch went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful and took his time to explain everything we needed to know. The staff at this branch are always helpful and really knowledgeable. Plus it's really handy to know there is a repair service at the shop now.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Saif – the absolute legend who helped my daughter and me when we were on the hunt for new mobile phones. We’d been with the same provider for ages (loyalty or laziness? Who knows), but we finally decided it was time for a change.

Saif : friendly, funny, and full of good vibes from the moment we walked in. He didn’t throw a hard sell at us like a dodgy car salesman – oh no – he calmly and clearly explained everything (and I mean everything) in a way that actually made sense. No jargon, no fluff, just straight-up honesty with a side of charm.

He even told us to check out other companies first and come back if we felt his deal was the best one. Like, who does that these days? That’s when you know someone’s confident in what they’re offering. Spoiler alert: we came back. 😄

While I won’t go into all details of the deal I will say this – Saif made the whole experience enjoyable. I never thought buying a phone could be fun, but here we are.

Also, shoutout to Vodafone – we ended up going with them not just because of Saif’s top-tier service, but also because they came highly recommended by friends. That said, it was Saif’s energy, patience, and brilliant sense of humour that sealed the deal. He even stayed 30 minutes after his shift ended to seal the deal.
10/10 would recommend asking for Saif. Just prepare to laugh while you upgrade your life. 📱✨
